【摘要】:酒店是一個(gè)集餐飲、居住、娛樂(lè)、購(gòu)物于一體的綜合性的比較特殊的服務(wù)行業(yè)。2015年對(duì)于酒店業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)將是挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇并存的一年。一方面,國(guó)外游客對(duì)中國(guó)的熱情日益高漲以及中國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了近年來(lái)中國(guó)酒店業(yè)的迅猛增長(zhǎng)。另一方面,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)宏觀環(huán)境不容樂(lè)觀,特別是國(guó)八條規(guī)定更是遏制了一部分公款消費(fèi),中國(guó)高端酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷陣痛,跨國(guó)大型酒店進(jìn)駐中國(guó)分割市場(chǎng),國(guó)內(nèi)酒店行業(yè)本身發(fā)展規(guī)模偏小,服務(wù)同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,酒店行業(yè)經(jīng)歷轉(zhuǎn)型,出現(xiàn)新常態(tài)輪廓但尚未成型。酒店業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)共存。面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,當(dāng)前環(huán)境下,酒店應(yīng)選擇何種戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行發(fā)展,是很多酒店亟需解決的問(wèn)題。賀州正菱大酒店地理位置優(yōu)越,環(huán)境優(yōu)雅,集住宿、餐飲、娛樂(lè)和商務(wù)服務(wù)于一體,擁有賀州市目前規(guī)模最大的用餐場(chǎng)所,是由深圳新都(香港)國(guó)際酒店管理有限公司按國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的高星級(jí)商務(wù)酒店。本文在借鑒和學(xué)習(xí)前人關(guān)于酒店行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,采用發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論對(duì)賀州正菱大酒店的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展道路進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),在深入研究賀州正菱大酒店實(shí)際發(fā)展情況和現(xiàn)行戰(zhàn)略管理基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)如何構(gòu)建賀州正菱大酒店科學(xué)有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系進(jìn)行研究。本文對(duì)賀州正菱大酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,在明確酒店發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)賀州正菱大酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,不僅有利于提升賀州正菱大酒店的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,通過(guò)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略意義和價(jià)值的把握,維持其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí),本研究在對(duì)賀州正菱大酒店戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)行制定和執(zhí)行之外,也為同類型酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The hotel is a set catering, entertainment, residential, comprehensive shopping in one of the special service industry.2015 years for the hotel industry will be the challenges and opportunities of the year. On the one hand, the enthusiasm of foreign tourists Chinese rising and rapid development of China tourism market, driven by the rapid growth of Chinese Hotel the industry in recent years. On the other hand, Chinese macro economic environment is not optimistic, especially the provisions of Article Eight is part of the country to curb public consumption, Chinese high-end hotel industry experience pain, multinational hotel in China segmentation market, the domestic hotel industry development scale is small, the service homogenization phenomenon is serious, the hotel industry after transformation, the emergence of new normal contour but has not yet formed. The hotel industry development opportunities and challenges coexist. In the face of perplexing the economic environment, the current environment, the hotel should choose what kind of strategy The development of hotel is a lot of problems to be solved urgently. Hezhou turbot hotel location, elegant environment, accommodation, catering, entertainment and business services in one, Hezhou city has the largest dining establishments, is from Shenzhen Xindu (Hongkong) International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. in accordance with international standards of management right high star Traders Hotel. Based on the reference and learning based on the transformation of the hotel industry development strategy and strategy on the related research achievements, the theory of the development strategy of transformation for Hezhou turbot hotel strategic development path guidance, in-depth study of Hezhou turbot hotel development and the strategic management on the basis of research on how to construct Hezhou turbot Hotel scientific and effective development strategy. This paper studied the development strategy of Hezhou turbot Hotel, in clear hotel development Based on the strategic target, the system of development strategy of Hezhou turbot hotel building, not only conducive to the promotion of Hezhou turbot hotel market competitiveness, through the strategic significance and value to grasp, to maintain its competitive advantage. At the same time, the research on Hezhou turbot big wine shop for the formulation and implementation of strategic development planning besides, also provide positive reference for the development strategy of the same type of hotel.
