【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)拍賣,是在傳統(tǒng)拍賣的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展起來(lái)的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)拍賣可分為C2C、B2B與B2C三種,其中最為流行、應(yīng)用最廣的是C2C與B2C。然而,B2B的潛在交易量遠(yuǎn)大于C2C模式。B2B模式的采購(gòu)拍賣,又稱網(wǎng)絡(luò)逆向拍賣,是政府或企業(yè)利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò),通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)電文形式實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)紙化招投標(biāo)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)采購(gòu)拍賣能極大地提高招投標(biāo)效率、降低招投標(biāo)成本和預(yù)防腐敗。然而,我國(guó)目前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)逆向拍賣對(duì)采購(gòu)商品或服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度要求較高,這限制了它在電子采購(gòu)中的應(yīng)用范圍。因此迫切需要研究新型的、能滿足企業(yè)更為復(fù)雜的采購(gòu)需求的拍賣機(jī)制。多屬性逆向拍賣的出現(xiàn),為滿足企業(yè)更為復(fù)雜的采購(gòu)需求提供了可能。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容具體如下: 首先,改進(jìn)了現(xiàn)有的多屬性逆向拍賣模型。改進(jìn)的多屬性逆向拍賣模型更加符合現(xiàn)實(shí),更具備一般性。 其次,基于改進(jìn)的多屬性逆向拍賣模型,從投標(biāo)方的角度出發(fā),分析和證明了投標(biāo)方分別在三種拍賣機(jī)制下的最優(yōu)投標(biāo)策略并模擬投標(biāo)過(guò)程,證明文章中結(jié)論的正確性。 接下來(lái),本文從采購(gòu)方的角度出發(fā),研究多屬性逆向拍賣的最優(yōu)機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題。分析和證明了采購(gòu)方在兩種機(jī)制下的最優(yōu)評(píng)分函數(shù),并分析在不同機(jī)制下,成本參數(shù)、投標(biāo)方數(shù)量及邊際成本的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。 基于前四章,采購(gòu)方已可以選擇出最優(yōu)投標(biāo)方,但是只有依據(jù)科學(xué)的投標(biāo)方質(zhì)量管理,才能確保后續(xù)采購(gòu)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,并與投標(biāo)方建立緊密合作關(guān)系,共同改進(jìn)質(zhì)量。因此,本文還從不同角度研究投標(biāo)方質(zhì)量管理。 本文系統(tǒng)研究了多屬性逆向拍賣理論,彌補(bǔ)和完善了現(xiàn)有的多屬性逆向拍賣理論。
[Abstract]:Network auction is based on the traditional auction, developed. Network auction can be divided into C2CU B2B and B2C, the most popular, the most widely used C2C and B2C. however. The potential transaction volume of B2B is much larger than the purchase auction of C2C mode. B2B model, also called network reverse auction, is a government or enterprise using modern information technology systems and networks. Through the form of data message to achieve paperless bidding. Online procurement auction can greatly improve the efficiency of bidding, reduce the cost of bidding and prevent corruption. The current network reverse auction in China requires a high degree of standardization of procurement goods or services, which limits the scope of its application in electronic procurement. Therefore, there is an urgent need to study new types of auction. The emergence of multi-attribute reverse auction makes it possible to meet the more complex procurement needs of enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the existing multi-attribute reverse auction model is improved, and the improved multi-attribute reverse auction model is more realistic and more general. Secondly, based on the improved multi-attribute reverse auction model, from the point of view of the bidders, this paper analyzes and proves the optimal bidding strategies of the bidders under the three auction mechanisms and simulates the bidding process. To prove the correctness of the conclusion in the article. Then, this paper studies the optimal mechanism design of multi-attribute reverse auction from the point of view of the buyer, analyzes and proves the optimal scoring function of the buyer under the two mechanisms, and analyzes the different mechanisms. Cost parameters, number of bidders and economic significance of marginal cost. Based on the first four chapters, the purchaser has been able to choose the best bidder, but only according to the scientific quality management of the tenderer, can the quality of the subsequent procurement products be ensured, and close cooperation relationship can be established with the bidder. Therefore, this paper also studies the quality management of bidders from different angles. In this paper, the theory of multi-attribute reverse auction is systematically studied to make up for and improve the existing multi-attribute reverse auction theory.
