金融城公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)為導(dǎo)向的人力資源管理研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快和科學(xué)信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)面對(duì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力越來越大,人力資源作為企業(yè)管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,同樣也面臨著巨大的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)。如何通過人力資源管理提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)管理的重要內(nèi)容。一方面由于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇導(dǎo)致的人才流動(dòng)越來越普遍,企業(yè)獲得高素質(zhì)人才的成本越來越大,另一方面由于技術(shù)進(jìn)步和產(chǎn)品更新速度的加快,以及消費(fèi)者對(duì)產(chǎn)品需求的多樣化和新穎化,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)對(duì)各類人才的素質(zhì)要求越來越高。面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,企業(yè)需要構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化的人力資源管理模式才能適應(yīng)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的變化,才能在日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于不敗之地。金融城公司的人事管理目前還停留在以“事”為中心的“靜態(tài)”人事管理模式上,是一種基于檔案的傳統(tǒng)的人力資源管理模式,已經(jīng)越來越不適應(yīng)社會(huì)環(huán)境的變化,本文在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合金融城公司的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出基于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的人力資源管理策略,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文的主要內(nèi)容為:首先,分析梳理人力資源管理競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的特征,以及形成人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)特征的關(guān)鍵要素,對(duì)企業(yè)文化、知識(shí)積累與共享與人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)之間的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了人力資源管理與企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的作用機(jī)理模型。其次,以提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從理論的角度探討人力資源管理的指導(dǎo)思想、培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)的內(nèi)容與方法、人力資源管理激勵(lì)體系的構(gòu)建。再次,對(duì)金融城公司概況、人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)形成的環(huán)境因素、公司人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,概括和總結(jié)了金融城公司人力資源管理存在的問題,為金融城公司人力資源管理策略的提出奠定基礎(chǔ)。最后,按照改善人力資源管理環(huán)境——轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)肆Y源管理觀念——優(yōu)化人力資源管理體系的研究思路,針對(duì)金融城公司人力資源管理中存在的問題,提出了具體的人力資源管理措施,是金融城公司提高人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the rapid development of scientific information technology, enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure. As an important part of enterprise management, human resources are also facing enormous pressure and challenge. How to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises through human resource management has become an important content of enterprise management. On the one hand, because of the increasing competition, the flow of talents is becoming more and more common, and the cost of obtaining high-quality talents is increasing. On the other hand, due to the rapid development of technology and the speed of product renewal, As well as the diversification and novelty of consumers' demand for products, the quality of all kinds of talents is becoming more and more demanding. Faced with the complex and changeable market environment, enterprises need to construct modern human resource management model to adapt to the changes of internal and external environment, and to be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition. At present, the personnel management of City Corporation is still in the "static" personnel management mode, which is a traditional human resource management mode based on archives, and has become more and more unsuitable for the change of social environment. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper puts forward the strategy of human resource management based on competitive advantage, which is of great practical significance, combined with the present situation and problems of human resource management in City Corporation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, analyze the characteristics of competitive advantage of human resource management, and the key elements to form the competitive advantage of human resources. Based on the analysis of the mechanism between knowledge accumulation and sharing and the competitive advantage of human resources, the mechanism model of human resource management and enterprise competitive advantage is constructed. Secondly, from the perspective of theory, this paper discusses the guiding ideology of human resource management, the contents and methods of training and development, and the construction of incentive system of human resource management in order to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the general situation of the City Company, the environmental factors of the formation of the competitive advantage of human resources, the present situation of the human resource management of the company, this paper summarizes and summarizes the problems existing in the human resources management of the City Company. For the City of Human Resources Management Strategy to lay the foundation. Finally, according to the research ideas of improving the human resource management environment-changing the concept of human resource management and optimizing the human resource management system, aiming at the problems existing in the human resources management of the City Corporation, The concrete human resource management measures are put forward, which is an important way for City Corporation to improve the competitive advantage of human resources.
