新形勢下我國城市商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略轉型研究

【摘要】:我國的城市商業(yè)銀行是在特殊金融機制背景下產生的,在幾十年的發(fā)展過程中,不斷改革,取得了眾多階段性的成果。截至2012年年末,我國城市商業(yè)銀行共有144家,資產總額為12.35億元,負債總額為11.54億元,資產和負債總額占銀行業(yè)金融機構總資產和總負債的比重均為9.24%。我國城市商業(yè)銀行取得階段性的成果,離不開監(jiān)管政策的引領推動、地方政府的大力支持和城市商業(yè)銀行自身艱辛的付出等多方面的努力,涌現(xiàn)了一大批經營狀況良好,盈利能力較強的優(yōu)秀銀行,如北京銀行、南京銀行、寧波銀行等,進一步完善了我國的金融市場體系。雖然我國城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展取得優(yōu)異的成績,但是仍有諸多問題尚未解決。如歷史遺留的不良資產率居高不下、產權結構不合理、股東結構單一、信息化建設程度不高等問題,一直制約著我國城市商業(yè)銀行的進一步發(fā)展。與國有商業(yè)銀行及股份制商業(yè)銀行相比,綜合競爭實力嚴重不足,規(guī)模擴張能力較弱。另一方面,世界經濟進入深度轉型調整期,我國的金融改革又進入關鍵時期,隨著利率市場化的全面推進,中國銀行業(yè)必將面臨新的發(fā)展拐點。作為地方金融機構的重要成員,我國的城市商業(yè)銀行在國內外新的金融形勢下,面對利率市場化的持續(xù)推進、“金融脫媒”現(xiàn)象的不斷顯現(xiàn)、同業(yè)競爭的不斷加劇以及互聯(lián)網金融快速發(fā)展的沖擊,戰(zhàn)略轉型之路迫在眉睫。本文通過分析我國城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展與演變歷程,借鑒國內外中小商業(yè)銀行的成功實踐經驗,探索我國城市商業(yè)銀行的轉型發(fā)展之路,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。全文共有五部分:第一部分為導論,主要介紹了本文的研究目的、國內外的研究概況以及研究思路和方法;第二部分對我國城市商業(yè)銀行的戰(zhàn)略轉型進行了基本的分析;第三部分,對我國城市商業(yè)銀行的歷史沿革以及現(xiàn)狀進行了研究;第四部分,總結了國內外中小商業(yè)銀行的成功發(fā)展經驗;第五部分,提出對我國城市商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略轉型的建議及對策。
[Abstract]:The city commercial banks of our country are produced under the background of special financial mechanism. In the course of several decades' development, the city commercial banks have been reformed constantly and made many achievements in stages. By the end of 2012, there were 144 urban commercial banks in China, with total assets of 1.235 billion yuan and total liabilities of 1.154 billion yuan. The proportion of assets and liabilities to the total assets and liabilities of banking financial institutions was 9.24 yuan. The city commercial bank of our country obtains the stage achievement, cannot leave the supervision policy leading to push, the local government vigorously supports and the city commercial bank oneself hard pay and so on many aspects efforts, has sprung up a large number of management condition to be good. Excellent banks with strong profitability, such as Bank of Beijing, Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Ningbo and so on, have further improved our financial market system. Although the development of city commercial banks in China has made outstanding achievements, there are still many problems to be solved. For example, the high rate of non-performing assets left over by history, the unreasonable structure of property rights, the single structure of shareholders and the low level of information construction have been restricting the further development of urban commercial banks in China. Compared with state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks, the comprehensive competitive strength is seriously insufficient and the ability of scale expansion is weak. On the other hand, the world economy has entered the period of deep transformation and adjustment, and China's financial reform has entered a critical period. With the overall promotion of interest rate marketization, China's banking industry is bound to face a new development inflection point. As an important member of the local financial institutions, under the new financial situation at home and abroad, the city commercial banks of our country are facing the continuous promotion of the marketization of interest rates, and the phenomenon of "financial disintermediation" is constantly appearing. With the aggravation of interbank competition and the impact of the rapid development of Internet finance, the road of strategic transformation is imminent. This paper analyzes the development and evolution of urban commercial banks in China, draws on the successful practical experience of small and medium-sized commercial banks at home and abroad, and explores the road of transformation and development of urban commercial banks in China, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. There are five parts in this paper: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research purpose, the domestic and foreign research situation, the research thought and the method, the second part has carried on the basic analysis to the strategic transformation of the city commercial bank of our country; The third part studies the history and present situation of the city commercial banks in our country; the fourth part summarizes the successful development experience of the small and medium-sized commercial banks at home and abroad; the fifth part, This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the strategic transformation of urban commercial banks in China.
