【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷強(qiáng)大,人民幣在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的舞臺上起著舉足輕重的作用。自2005年7月起,人民幣匯率參考一籃子貨幣進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)的浮動匯率制度,實(shí)行有管理的浮動匯率制度,政府不再完全承擔(dān)匯率變動帶來的風(fēng)險,迫使中國的進(jìn)出口企業(yè)開始慢慢關(guān)注匯率變動所帶來的風(fēng)險。目前極少數(shù)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)仍未完全轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營理念,匯率風(fēng)險規(guī)避意識仍比較淡薄,往往將匯率風(fēng)險歸咎于政策性因素,缺乏主動避險意識。大部分進(jìn)出口企業(yè)都將關(guān)注點(diǎn)放在較為普遍的匯率避險方式的運(yùn)用上,如貿(mào)易融資、運(yùn)用金融衍生產(chǎn)品、改變貿(mào)易結(jié)算方式、提高出口產(chǎn)品價格、跨境人民幣結(jié)算、平衡進(jìn)出口比重和使用外匯理財產(chǎn)品等,這在一定程度上雖然減輕了公司的匯率風(fēng)險,但并未形成長期有效可行的匯率風(fēng)險管理體系,如何識別風(fēng)險、評估風(fēng)險、構(gòu)建匯率風(fēng)險管理體系對進(jìn)出口企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重大意義。本文通過全面闡述外匯風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論,為全文的分析與闡述提供理論基礎(chǔ)。以JC公司為例,首先分析JC公司所面臨的外匯風(fēng)險現(xiàn)狀及特征,結(jié)合外貿(mào)風(fēng)險基礎(chǔ)理論選擇適合的方法對JC公司的外匯風(fēng)險進(jìn)行識別評估,量化外匯風(fēng)險影響程度；其次針對JC公司具體的經(jīng)營模式和特點(diǎn),對JC公司外匯風(fēng)險管理辦法及主要采取的外匯風(fēng)險管理策略進(jìn)行介紹與分析,提出公司外匯風(fēng)險管理中存在的問題,并找到解決問題的辦法；最終形成長期有效可行的外匯風(fēng)險管理辦法,促進(jìn)公司健康發(fā)展。論文通過對JC公司外匯風(fēng)險現(xiàn)狀的分析,結(jié)合JC公司風(fēng)險管理的特征,建立了一個適合JC公司的外匯風(fēng)險管理框架,有助于企業(yè)全面風(fēng)險管理體系的完善,同時也豐富了風(fēng)險管理的理論。JC公司外匯風(fēng)險管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對其他的外貿(mào)公司也具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, RMB plays an important role in the world economy. Since July 2005, the RMB exchange rate has been regulated by a floating exchange rate system based on a basket of currencies, and a managed floating exchange rate system has been implemented. The government is no longer fully responsible for the risks caused by the exchange rate changes. Forcing Chinese imports and exports to slowly focus on the risks posed by exchange rate movements. At present, very few import and export enterprises have not completely changed their business concepts, and the awareness of exchange rate risk aversion is still relatively weak, which often ascribes exchange rate risk to policy factors and lacks active risk aversion. Most import and export enterprises have focused on the use of more common ways of avoiding risks in exchange rates, such as trade financing, using financial derivatives, changing trade settlement methods, raising the prices of export products, and settling cross-border RMB transactions. Balancing the proportion of imports and exports and the use of foreign exchange management products has to a certain extent alleviated the exchange rate risk of the company, but it has not formed a long-term effective and feasible exchange rate risk management system. How to identify risks and assess risks, The establishment of exchange rate risk management system is of great significance to the long-term development of import and export enterprises. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and elaboration of the full text by comprehensively expounding the relevant theories of foreign exchange risk management. Taking JC Company as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation and characteristics of foreign exchange risk faced by JC Company, selects suitable methods to identify and evaluate the foreign exchange risk of JC Company in combination with the basic theory of foreign trade risk, and quantifies the influence degree of foreign exchange risk. Secondly, according to the specific management mode and characteristics of JC Company, this paper introduces and analyzes the foreign exchange risk management methods and the main foreign exchange risk management strategies adopted by JC Company, and puts forward the problems existing in the foreign exchange risk management of JC Company. Finally, a long-term effective and feasible foreign exchange risk management method is formed to promote the healthy development of the company. By analyzing the current situation of foreign exchange risk in JC Company and combining the characteristics of risk management in JC Company, this paper establishes a suitable foreign exchange risk management framework for JC Company, which is helpful to improve the overall risk management system of the enterprise. At the same time, it also enriches the theory of risk management. The experience of foreign exchange risk management of JC company has certain reference value to other foreign trade companies.
