【摘要】：借貸關(guān)系在人們生活中無處不在：小到個人的信用卡使用、房屋貸款,大到公司甚至政府的債務(wù)融資等行為都屬于此。隨著經(jīng)濟體制的進步和金融制度的完善,借貸關(guān)系作為金融制度里重要的組成部分也得到了極大的發(fā)展。在進入21世紀后,隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的改革逐漸深入,正規(guī)金融機構(gòu)提供的信貸資金已遠遠不能滿足市場融資的需求,這時以沿海經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)為先驅(qū),內(nèi)陸地區(qū)依自身需要逐步建立并擴大規(guī)模的民間借貸體系逐漸發(fā)展并成熟。本文的研究在于運用了委托代理理論來研究借貸關(guān)系,借貸關(guān)系在本質(zhì)上滿足委托代理關(guān)系的若干性質(zhì),因此可以作為一種特殊的委托代理關(guān)系進行處理,從而可以運用委托代理模型加以分析。由于借貸關(guān)系尤其是民間借貸關(guān)系的復雜性,構(gòu)建一個獨立的模型有很大的困難,解釋起來也較為晦澀。本文通過將其帶入一個較為成熟的理論模型中起到了化繁為簡的效果,使闡述更加清晰和易于理解。
[Abstract]:Lending relationships are ubiquitous in people's lives: from personal credit card use to home loans to corporate and even government debt financing. With the progress of the economic system and the improvement of the financial system, the loan relationship as an important part of the financial system has been greatly developed. After entering the 21st century, with the deepening of the reform of the socialist market economy, the credit funds provided by the formal financial institutions are far from being able to meet the needs of market financing. At this time, the developed coastal areas are the pioneers. According to their own needs, the inland areas gradually establish and expand the scale of private lending system and gradually develop and mature. The research of this paper is to use the principal-agent theory to study the borrowing and borrowing relationship, which in essence satisfies some properties of the principal-agent relationship, so it can be treated as a special principal-agent relationship. Thus, we can use the principal-agent model to analyze. Because of the complexity of the loan relationship, especially the private lending relationship, it is difficult to build an independent model and the explanation is rather obscure. By introducing it into a more mature theoretical model, this paper makes the explanation more clear and easy to understand.
