【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國居民個(gè)人財(cái)富水平迅速積累,居民個(gè)人財(cái)產(chǎn)從無到有,從少到多。同時(shí),我國金融市場(chǎng)快速發(fā)展,金融投資工具呈現(xiàn)出多樣化和復(fù)雜化的趨勢(shì),居民的理財(cái)觀念逐漸增強(qiáng),因此對(duì)金融服務(wù)的需求也日趨多樣化和復(fù)雜化。我國商業(yè)銀行正處在微利時(shí)代,急需打造其核心競(jìng)爭力,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)成為商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的新熱點(diǎn)。 個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)不僅滿足了市場(chǎng)需求,而且擴(kuò)大了銀行的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營范圍,有利于調(diào)整客戶結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營結(jié)構(gòu)和收益結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)行金融創(chuàng)新,轉(zhuǎn)化經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。面對(duì)外資銀行的激烈競(jìng)爭,國內(nèi)各家商業(yè)銀行紛紛推出種類多樣的個(gè)人理財(cái)服務(wù)和專屬理財(cái)品牌,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)中高端客戶提供全方位深層次的個(gè)性化理財(cái)服務(wù)。本文以A銀行作為論文的研究和分析對(duì)象,在多角度概括個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)涵和分類的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法研究A銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,采取理論與實(shí)例相結(jié)合的方式,運(yùn)用生命周期理論、行為金融學(xué)理論和投資組合等相關(guān)理論,通過借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)并制定出一套適合A銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the level of personal wealth accumulates rapidly. At the same time, with the rapid development of China's financial market, the financial investment tools show a trend of diversification and complexity, and the concept of financial management is gradually strengthened, so the demand for financial services is becoming more and more diversified and complicated. China's commercial banks are in the era of small profits, it is urgent to build their core competitiveness, personal finance business has become a new hot spot in the development of commercial bank business. Personal finance business not only meets the market demand, but also expands the scope of the products management of the bank, which is helpful to adjust the customer structure, the management structure and the income structure, to carry on the financial innovation, to transform the management risk. Faced with the fierce competition of foreign banks, domestic commercial banks have launched a variety of personal financial services and exclusive financial management brand, to achieve the high-end customers to provide all-round and in-depth personalized financial services. This paper takes Bank A as the research and analysis object of this paper, on the basis of summarizing the connotation and classification of personal finance business from various angles, using SWOT analysis method to study the present situation of personal finance business of Bank A, and adopting the method of combining theory with example. Based on the life cycle theory, behavioral finance theory and portfolio theory, this paper designs and formulates a set of development strategies suitable for the personal finance business of Bank A by using the experience of developed countries and regions for reference.
