【摘要】：中國政府的“走出去”戰(zhàn)略不僅有利于中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,而且有利于世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮。尤其是對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主要依賴于對外貿(mào)易及對外投資的韓國來說,中國的“走出去”是兩國之間獲取雙贏的戰(zhàn)略。 1992年中韓建交以來,兩國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各種領(lǐng)域上取得了明顯發(fā)展。韓國政府吸引投資的政策也不斷優(yōu)惠,與中國政府外交關(guān)系日益親密,另外韓國還具有與中國地鄰相近、生活方式和文化相似等優(yōu)勢,這些都是中國企業(yè)在韓國直接投資的有力條件。目前,中國是韓國的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴和最大的投資對象國,可是中國對韓國的直接投資卻略顯不足。 最近中國正在以建構(gòu)企業(yè)的國際化經(jīng)營網(wǎng)絡(luò)、擴(kuò)大海外市場、確保資源、提高RD能力等為目標(biāo)積極對外直接投資。因此,中國的對外投資年均增加50%以上,目前中國是僅次于美國和日本的世界第三大投資國。尤其是2008年全球金融危機(jī)后,中國利用豐富的資金積極促進(jìn)并購汽車等核心制造業(yè)以及高科技企業(yè)的發(fā)展,開發(fā)對外礦物和能源等。而且,通過中國企業(yè)并購雙龍汽車、HYDIS等事件可以發(fā)現(xiàn),中國企業(yè)越來越重視對韓國的投資。 本文首先介紹對外直接投資相關(guān)理論和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),然后說明中國對韓國直接投資的必要性,簡單地闡述中國對韓國直接投資的現(xiàn)狀及特征。之后將對中國企業(yè)并購雙龍汽車、HYDIS及Actoz Soft后的經(jīng)營成果進(jìn)行分析,提出中國企業(yè)對韓國直接投資的問題,最后對促進(jìn)中國企業(yè)對韓國投資提出建議。 希望通過本文能夠?qū)ο蝽n國投資的中國企業(yè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The Chinese government's "going out" strategy is not only conducive to China's economic development, but also conducive to the prosperity of the world economy.Especially for South Korea, whose economic development is mainly dependent on foreign trade and foreign investment, China's "going out" is a win-win strategy between the two countries.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, the two countries have made remarkable progress in political, economic, cultural and other fields.The South Korean government's policy of attracting investment has been continuously preferential, and diplomatic relations with the Chinese government have become increasingly close. In addition, South Korea also has the advantages of being close to China's land neighbors, similar to its way of life, and similar to its culture, etc.These are the conditions for Chinese companies to invest directly in Korea.At present, China is South Korea's largest trading partner and largest investment target, but China's direct investment in South Korea is slightly inadequate.Recently, China is actively investing in foreign direct investment with the aim of constructing an international business network, expanding overseas markets, ensuring resources and improving R D capabilities.As a result, China's outbound investment has increased by more than 50 percent annually, and China is now the world's third largest investor after the United States and Japan.Especially after the global financial crisis in 2008, China has used abundant funds to actively promote the development of core manufacturing industries such as mergers and acquisitions of automobiles and high-tech enterprises, and to develop foreign minerals and energy resources.What's more, Chinese companies are paying more and more attention to their investment in South Korea, as can be seen from events such as the acquisition of Ssangyong Auto HYDIS by Chinese companies.This paper first introduces the relevant theories and related documents of FDI, then explains the necessity of China's direct investment in Korea, and briefly expounds the present situation and characteristics of China's direct investment in Korea.After that, the paper analyzes the management results of Chinese enterprises after acquiring Ssangyong Auto HYDIS and Actoz Soft, puts forward the question of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Korea, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to promote Chinese enterprises' investment in South Korea.Hope this article can provide reference to Chinese enterprises investing in Korea.
