【摘要】：要實(shí)現(xiàn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展,可以依靠技術(shù)的進(jìn)步、優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,還可以啟動(dòng)全局性的重大工程,這些都需要巨大的資金支撐,要想滿足如此巨大的資金需求,單靠國(guó)家財(cái)政的補(bǔ)貼、企業(yè)內(nèi)部的資金積累是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,這時(shí)就需要有一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的資本市場(chǎng)來(lái)支撐。我們應(yīng)該從理論和實(shí)踐兩方面正確認(rèn)識(shí)資本市場(chǎng),按照市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行的規(guī)律,深入分析制約林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本運(yùn)行中的因素,力求尋找一條林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)和資本市場(chǎng)有效結(jié)合的道路,讓林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)依托資本市場(chǎng)的強(qiáng)力支持,實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式的發(fā)展。本文針對(duì)我國(guó)林業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的資金投入不足和資本流動(dòng)性差等問(wèn)題,對(duì)如何利用資本市場(chǎng)促進(jìn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,探索利用資本市場(chǎng)促進(jìn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的途徑,破解林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)與資本市場(chǎng)要素的組合難題。首先,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外資本市場(chǎng)理論和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,闡述了資本市場(chǎng)對(duì)于資本融通和資源配置的有力推動(dòng)作用。其次,分析林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的資金來(lái)源和管理狀況,依托對(duì)永安林業(yè)、吉林森工等林業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)和財(cái)務(wù)狀況的分析數(shù)據(jù),反映林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)利用資本市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)林業(yè)上市融資中的問(wèn)題和不足,提出后期林業(yè)上市融資發(fā)展的方向。最后,從金融信貸、債券市場(chǎng)、股票市場(chǎng)、林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化、林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金和引入BOT融資模式六個(gè)方面提出促進(jìn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)和資本市場(chǎng)結(jié)合的有效途徑,力求通過(guò)對(duì)資本市場(chǎng)的有效運(yùn)用,有力促進(jìn)林業(yè)企業(yè)管理水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高。主要研究成果為:一是全面研究林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本運(yùn)行中的制約因素,分析林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)利用資本市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀;二是針對(duì)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),挖掘適合林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的融資方式,積極引入BOT融資模式、林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化和林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金等新型融資模式,找到林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)和資本市場(chǎng)結(jié)合的有效途徑,促進(jìn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。總之,通過(guò)對(duì)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)與資本市場(chǎng)結(jié)合問(wèn)題的系統(tǒng)分析研究,進(jìn)一步完善了資金管理方法,創(chuàng)新了林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融資方式,對(duì)提高林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:To realize the leap-forward development of the forestry industry, we can rely on the progress of technology, the development of superior industries, and the launching of major projects of a global nature. All of these require huge financial support. To meet such a huge capital demand, The accumulation of funds within the enterprise is far from enough by relying on subsidies from the state finance alone. At this time, a strong capital market is needed to support it. We should correctly understand the capital market in both theory and practice and follow the laws of market operation. Deeply analyze the factors restricting the operation of forestry industry capital, and try to find a way to effectively combine forestry industry and capital market, so that forestry industry can rely on the strong support of capital market. Aiming at the problems of insufficient capital investment and poor capital mobility in the process of forestry development in China, this paper makes a systematic study on how to use capital market to promote the development of forestry industry. This paper explores the ways to promote the development of forestry industry by using capital market to solve the problem of the combination of forestry industry and capital market elements. First of all, we draw lessons from the theory and development status of capital market at home and abroad. This paper expounds the role of capital market in promoting capital financing and resource allocation. Secondly, it analyzes the sources of capital and management of forestry industry, and relies on Yongan forestry. The analysis data of the management index and financial status of forestry listed companies such as Jilin Forest Industry reflect the present situation of forestry industry utilizing the capital market, find out the problems and shortcomings in forestry listed financing, and put forward the development direction of forestry listed financing in the later stage. From the financial credit, the bond market, the stock market, the forestry industry asset securitization, the forestry industry investment fund and the introduction of BOT financing mode, the paper puts forward the effective ways to promote the combination of forestry industry and capital market. Through the effective use of the capital market, it is possible to promote the improvement of the management level and economic efficiency of forestry enterprises. The main research results are as follows: first, a comprehensive study of the restrictive factors in the operation of forestry industry capital, This paper analyzes the present situation of forestry industry's utilization of capital market, second, according to the characteristics of forestry industry's development, excavates the financing mode suitable for forestry industry's development, and actively introduces BOT financing mode. New financing modes such as forestry industry asset securitization and forestry industry investment fund can find an effective way to combine forestry industry with capital market, and promote the rapid development of forestry industry. In short, Through the systematic analysis and research on the combination of forestry industry and capital market, the paper further consummates the method of fund management, innovates the financing method of forestry industry, improves the management benefit of forestry industry, and realizes the health of forestry industry. Sustainable development is of great significance.
