【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),環(huán)渤海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展飛快,同時(shí)天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)被定位為國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以來(lái),正在加速發(fā)展成為我國(guó)的第三經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極,整個(gè)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)迎來(lái)飛速發(fā)展的全新時(shí)代。與此同時(shí),世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化早已成為當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主流,我國(guó)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化也在快速的發(fā)展中。金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心要素,是資金聚集與再分配的有力杠桿,具有加快資本流通效率、促進(jìn)社會(huì)財(cái)富的增加、推動(dòng)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大功效。環(huán)渤海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化是全方位的一體化,但其中金融方面的協(xié)調(diào)與合作是非常關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。充分進(jìn)行環(huán)渤海區(qū)域金融的協(xié)調(diào)與合作,能有效而充分地發(fā)揮金融對(duì)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)作用,加快環(huán)渤海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的進(jìn)程。因此,研究環(huán)渤海區(qū)域金融協(xié)調(diào),構(gòu)建金融協(xié)調(diào)與合作機(jī)制具有重要意義。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、邏輯分析法與比較分析法,探索在環(huán)渤海地區(qū)金融如何協(xié)調(diào)才能發(fā)揮推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)有力作用。在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外金融學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究成果的同時(shí),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域金融協(xié)調(diào)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度,對(duì)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)金融協(xié)調(diào)合作的基本因素進(jìn)行深入探討,分析了目前環(huán)渤海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化中金融協(xié)調(diào)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題,并從區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的高度提出完善區(qū)域金融協(xié)調(diào)的合理性建議,推動(dòng)區(qū)域金融的良性發(fā)展,進(jìn)而有力促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的深入發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Bohai regional economic development fast, at the same time, the Tianjin Binhai New Area is located in national development strategy has become our country is accelerating the development of the third pole of economic growth, a new era of the circum Bohai region to usher in rapid development. At the same time, the world economic globalization and regional economic integration have become the mainstream of world economic development. China's regional economic integration in Bohai area is also in fast development. Finance is the core of modern economy, is a powerful lever for capital accumulation and redistribution, with accelerating capital circulation efficiency, promote the increase of social wealth, powerful effect to promote the development of the real economy. Regional economic integration is the integration of the Bohai ring full range of but the financial aspects of the coordination and cooperation is very important. Good coordination and cooperation in regional financial Bohai ring, can Effective and full play the role of Finance in promoting the economic development of Bohai, and speed up the process of regional economic integration in Bohai rim. Therefore, it is significant to study the financial coordination in Bohai rim and build a mechanism of financial coordination and cooperation.
This paper uses literature analysis method, logical analysis method and comparative analysis method to explore in the area around Bohai to play a strong role to financial coordination in promoting regional economic development. In reference to the domestic and foreign finance, regional economics research results at the same time, combined with the successful experience of the development of domestic and international regional financial coordination and regional economic integration, from the coordinated development regional economic point of view, to explore the basic factors of Bohai rim financial cooperation, analyzes the current situation and existing financial ring coordinated regional economic integration in Bohai, and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the regional financial coordination from the regional development strategy, and promote the sound development of the regional finance, and promote the further development of the regional economic integration.
