【摘要】：混業(yè)經(jīng)營已經(jīng)成為全球金融業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,保險(xiǎn)金信托作為結(jié)合保險(xiǎn)與信托功能的創(chuàng)新型金融產(chǎn)品,在國外已得到廣泛研究和發(fā)展,但在我國一直未得到重視,致使我國目前尚未推出真正意義上的保險(xiǎn)金信托產(chǎn)品�！缎磐蟹ā返念C布使我國的金融信托業(yè)務(wù)逐步走上規(guī)范發(fā)展道路,各金融行業(yè)與信托業(yè)的合作動(dòng)向備受關(guān)注。當(dāng)下深入探討在我國推出保險(xiǎn)金信托產(chǎn)品的對(duì)策,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)保險(xiǎn)客戶、保險(xiǎn)公司和信托公司的共贏有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Mixed operation has become the trend of the development of the global financial industry. As an innovative financial product combining the functions of insurance and trust, the insurance gold trust has been widely studied and developed abroad, but it has not been paid attention to in our country. As a result, our country has not yet launched the real meaning of the insurance trust products. The promulgation of the Trust Law makes the financial trust business of our country step by step on the road of standardized development. The cooperation trend between the financial industry and the trust industry has attracted much attention. At present, the countermeasures of launching the insurance trust products in China are discussed in depth, so as to realize the insurance customers. The win-win situation between insurance companies and trust companies is of great practical significance.
