【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資作為一種新型的投融資制度，孕育了新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，推動(dòng)了高新科技成果的轉(zhuǎn)化。自風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資誕生之日起，很多學(xué)者致力于對(duì)它運(yùn)作機(jī)制和退出機(jī)制的研究，同時(shí)也有很多學(xué)者在研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系，但這些研究大部分只限于理論層面的研究，還有一些少量的正面的實(shí)證研究。本文主要是通過(guò)理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資與我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。 本文首先對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的涵義和特征進(jìn)行了闡述，然后從我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資相關(guān)政策、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資運(yùn)行機(jī)制和退出機(jī)制等方面研究了我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。另外，本文還通過(guò)于美國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀相比較，，對(duì)我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資發(fā)展提出建議和意見(jiàn)。本文的主要內(nèi)容是對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究，這一章一方面通過(guò)總結(jié)前人的研究，從理論層面驗(yàn)證，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。另一方面通過(guò)建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)回歸模型，分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)性，并利用格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)的方法驗(yàn)證了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)性。 最后，對(duì)本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望，指出本文不足和以后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:As a new investment and financing system, venture capital has given birth to a new economic growth point and promoted the transformation of high-tech achievements since the birth of venture capital. Many scholars are devoted to the study of its operation mechanism and exit mechanism, but also many scholars are studying the relationship between venture capital and economic growth, but most of these studies are limited to the theoretical level. This paper mainly studies the relationship between venture capital and China's economic growth through both theoretical and empirical studies. This paper first expounds the meaning and characteristics of venture capital, and then studies the development status of venture capital in China from the aspects of relevant policies, operation mechanism and exit mechanism of venture capital in China. By comparing the current situation of venture capital development in the United States, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on the development of venture capital in China. The main content of this paper is an empirical study on the relationship between venture capital and economic development. On the one hand, this chapter summarizes the previous studies, from the theoretical level to verify that venture capital promotes economic growth, on the other hand, through the establishment of venture capital and economic growth regression model. The correlation between venture capital and economic growth is analyzed and the correlation between venture capital and economic growth is verified by Granger causality test. Finally, the main research contents of this paper are summarized and prospected, pointing out the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of future efforts.
