【摘要】：風險投資作為一種新型的投融資制度，孕育了新的經(jīng)濟增長點，推動了高新科技成果的轉(zhuǎn)化。自風險投資誕生之日起，很多學者致力于對它運作機制和退出機制的研究，同時也有很多學者在研究風險投資和經(jīng)濟增長的關系，但這些研究大部分只限于理論層面的研究，還有一些少量的正面的實證研究。本文主要是通過理論和實證兩個方面研究風險投資與我國經(jīng)濟增長的關系。 本文首先對風險投資的涵義和特征進行了闡述，然后從我國風險投資相關政策、風險投資運行機制和退出機制等方面研究了我國風險投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。另外，本文還通過于美國風險投資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀相比較，，對我國風險投資發(fā)展提出建議和意見。本文的主要內(nèi)容是對風險投資與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關系的實證研究，這一章一方面通過總結前人的研究，從理論層面驗證，風險投資推動經(jīng)濟增長。另一方面通過建立風險投資與經(jīng)濟增長回歸模型，分析風險投資與經(jīng)濟增長的相關性，并利用格蘭杰因果關系檢驗的方法驗證了風險投資與經(jīng)濟增長的相關性。 最后，對本文主要研究內(nèi)容進行總結和展望，指出本文不足和以后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:As a new investment and financing system, venture capital has given birth to a new economic growth point and promoted the transformation of high-tech achievements since the birth of venture capital. Many scholars are devoted to the study of its operation mechanism and exit mechanism, but also many scholars are studying the relationship between venture capital and economic growth, but most of these studies are limited to the theoretical level. This paper mainly studies the relationship between venture capital and China's economic growth through both theoretical and empirical studies. This paper first expounds the meaning and characteristics of venture capital, and then studies the development status of venture capital in China from the aspects of relevant policies, operation mechanism and exit mechanism of venture capital in China. By comparing the current situation of venture capital development in the United States, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on the development of venture capital in China. The main content of this paper is an empirical study on the relationship between venture capital and economic development. On the one hand, this chapter summarizes the previous studies, from the theoretical level to verify that venture capital promotes economic growth, on the other hand, through the establishment of venture capital and economic growth regression model. The correlation between venture capital and economic growth is analyzed and the correlation between venture capital and economic growth is verified by Granger causality test. Finally, the main research contents of this paper are summarized and prospected, pointing out the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of future efforts.
