供應(yīng)鏈整合對(duì)巴基斯坦制造業(yè)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的影響

本研究的主要目的是分析在CPEC運(yùn)營(yíng)的巴基斯坦制造業(yè)企業(yè)所采用的供應(yīng)鏈整合方法,并分析整合其對(duì)巴基斯坦制造業(yè)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。從研究結(jié)果可以看出,組織鼓勵(lì)營(yíng)銷信息、生產(chǎn)信息和技術(shù)信息的信息共享、縮短總周期時(shí)間、獲取新的產(chǎn)品理念和降低總的物流成本影響了企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效。此外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),提高對(duì)客戶的價(jià)值、供應(yīng)商開發(fā)過程、完全改善對(duì)客戶需求和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)的理解都會(huì)影響供應(yīng)鏈的績(jī)效。新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)迫使企業(yè)積極尋找新的方法以獲得企業(yè)各職能領(lǐng)域的生產(chǎn)力、效率和完善機(jī)制。大多數(shù)成功的制造商公司都精心整合了信息共享、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系、物流、供應(yīng)鏈整合和組織協(xié)調(diào)。巴基斯坦的制造業(yè)占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)的30%。本文的調(diào)查對(duì)象是在巴基斯坦工商聯(lián)合會(huì)注冊(cè)的300家在CPEC運(yùn)營(yíng)的制造業(yè)企業(yè)。在研究中,本人選擇了描述性研究設(shè)計(jì)。本研究主要依賴于通過問卷調(diào)查從制造企業(yè)收集的原始數(shù)據(jù),如定量和定性數(shù)據(jù),其中數(shù)據(jù)使用了社會(huì)科學(xué)家統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包(SPSS 19.0版),并對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)使用了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。在300份問卷中,有250名被調(diào)查者填寫了問卷并寄回給本人。從被調(diào)查者的資料中可以看出,采購(gòu)部門在促進(jìn)采購(gòu)和供應(yīng)雙方組織的溝通和交流,...
