供應鏈整合對巴基斯坦制造業(yè)企業(yè)供應鏈績效的影響

本研究的主要目的是分析在CPEC運營的巴基斯坦制造業(yè)企業(yè)所采用的供應鏈整合方法,并分析整合其對巴基斯坦制造業(yè)企業(yè)績效的影響。從研究結(jié)果可以看出,組織鼓勵營銷信息、生產(chǎn)信息和技術(shù)信息的信息共享、縮短總周期時間、獲取新的產(chǎn)品理念和降低總的物流成本影響了企業(yè)的供應鏈績效。此外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),提高對客戶的價值、供應商開發(fā)過程、完全改善對客戶需求和市場趨勢的理解都會影響供應鏈的績效。新的競爭優(yōu)勢迫使企業(yè)積極尋找新的方法以獲得企業(yè)各職能領(lǐng)域的生產(chǎn)力、效率和完善機制。大多數(shù)成功的制造商公司都精心整合了信息共享、供應商關(guān)系、物流、供應鏈整合和組織協(xié)調(diào)。巴基斯坦的制造業(yè)占國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)的30%。本文的調(diào)查對象是在巴基斯坦工商聯(lián)合會注冊的300家在CPEC運營的制造業(yè)企業(yè)。在研究中,本人選擇了描述性研究設(shè)計。本研究主要依賴于通過問卷調(diào)查從制造企業(yè)收集的原始數(shù)據(jù),如定量和定性數(shù)據(jù),其中數(shù)據(jù)使用了社會科學家統(tǒng)計軟件包(SPSS 19.0版),并對這些數(shù)據(jù)使用了描述性統(tǒng)計分析。在300份問卷中,有250名被調(diào)查者填寫了問卷并寄回給本人。從被調(diào)查者的資料中可以看出,采購部門在促進采購和供應雙方組織的溝通和交流,...
