【摘要】：隨著新興國家的快速發(fā)展,世界能源需求持續(xù)攀升。然而,石油與天然氣的生產(chǎn)是一種“前沿技術”,而且是一個需要大量投資的行業(yè)。為了滿足能源需求的增長,面對競爭對手的激烈競爭和成本降低的壓力,技術進步和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新顯得尤為重要。如何在資源和預算約束的條件下,并且在盡量短的時間內(nèi),交付給客戶合格創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)化,這是所有企業(yè)面臨的一個重大挑戰(zhàn)。同時也說明了在企業(yè)保持和發(fā)展競爭力的過程中,項目進度規(guī)劃和實施動態(tài)管理的重要性。文章通過對XX公司在研發(fā)項目進度計劃與控制中存在的問題進行分析和研究,提出了在資源約束下的項目進度計劃與控制改進方法,包括:利用并行工程進行項目流程優(yōu)化,采用更加科學的工期、工時估計方法,并建立基于信息系統(tǒng)的實時監(jiān)控和工期-成本動態(tài)調(diào)整等,并通過XX公司A項目的實施應用,驗證了改進方法的有效性。本文提出的改進方法對同行業(yè)類似企業(yè)的研發(fā)項目計劃管理具有一定借鑒價值和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of emerging countries, the world energy demand continues to rise.However, oil and gas production is a "frontier technology" and an industry that requires a lot of investment.In order to meet the growth of energy demand, technological progress and product innovation are particularly important in the face of fierce competition from competitors and pressure of cost reduction.How to deliver qualified innovative products to customers under the condition of resource and budget constraints and in the shortest time is a great challenge for all enterprises.It also shows the importance of project schedule planning and dynamic management in the process of maintaining and developing competitiveness.Based on the analysis and study of the problems existing in the R & D project schedule and control of XX Company, this paper puts forward an improved method of project schedule and control under the constraint of resources, including: using concurrent engineering to optimize the project flow.A more scientific method of estimating time limit and working hours is adopted, and real-time monitoring based on information system and dynamic adjustment of duration and cost are established. The effectiveness of the improved method is verified by the implementation of project A of XX Company.The improved method proposed in this paper has certain reference value and popularizing value for R & D project planning management of similar enterprises in the same industry.
