隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息化的快速發(fā)展,離岸服務(wù)外包成為跨國(guó)公司應(yīng)對(duì)激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一種戰(zhàn)略選擇。服務(wù)外包是指企業(yè)將價(jià)值鏈中原本由自身提供的具有基礎(chǔ)性的、共性的、非核心的IT業(yè)務(wù)和基于IT的業(yè)務(wù)流程剝離出來(lái)后,外包給企業(yè)外部專業(yè)服務(wù)提供商來(lái)完成的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)。通過(guò)服務(wù)外包這種經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)可以充分利用全球資源,將組織的非核心業(yè)務(wù)委托給外部專業(yè)的公司,從而降低自身營(yíng)運(yùn)成本、集中人力資源、提高品質(zhì)及顧客滿意度,來(lái)提高企業(yè)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。對(duì)接包方而言,吸引離岸服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù),不僅有助于發(fā)展該產(chǎn)業(yè),提高本地接包商的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,帶動(dòng)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,還能優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式。因此,很多發(fā)展中國(guó)家將吸引離岸服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù)作為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。 隨著中國(guó)參與經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化步伐的加快,中國(guó)正在以前所未有的程度參與國(guó)際外包。中國(guó)在地理上與韓國(guó)及日本接近,并且在歷史文化方面有長(zhǎng)久深入的聯(lián)系,這都將成為中國(guó)在亞洲開展ITO和BPO業(yè)務(wù)的有利優(yōu)勢(shì)。從承接服務(wù)外包的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)來(lái)看,由于印度服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)高度依賴于美國(guó)市場(chǎng),國(guó)際金融危機(jī)在短期內(nèi)對(duì)印度服務(wù)外包的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生較大的負(fù)面影響。而中國(guó)服務(wù)外包市場(chǎng)則相對(duì)多元化,歐美...
