YZ酒店基層員工培訓(xùn)工作研究
[Abstract]:With the development of hotel industry and the level of hardware standard, the service and quality of employees have become an important factor in the competition between hotels. The hotel industry, especially the economical hotel, is generally faced with the problems of low overall quality of grass-roots employees and large mobility of personnel, so how to train grass-roots employees effectively has become a common problem faced by the hotel industry. This paper takes the establishment of scientific and practical grass-roots staff training program as the research content of YZ hotel, guided by the theory of demand level, the theory of learning organization and the four-level theory of training effect evaluation. The case study method, the theory research method, the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and so on are used. This paper first introduces the general situation of YZ hotel and grass-roots staff, finds out the main problems existing in grass-roots staff training and analyzes the reasons, and then puts forward the countermeasures and the optimization scheme design of YZ hotel grass-roots staff training, which is composed of two parts: new employees and on-the-job staff training. Finally, from the overall systematic point of view of the hotel, this paper puts forward the establishment of various training programs to implement safeguard measures. This paper holds that the hotel industry is a personnel-intensive industry, which should attach importance to the management of human resources and establish a people-oriented management concept. The establishment of a scientific and systematic training system can ensure the sustainable and healthy development of training work and make the training results achieve maximum and effective transformation. Through the research on the training work of YZ hotel grass-roots staff, to a certain extent, it is beneficial to improve, perfect and enhance the training work of YZ grass-roots staff, help to improve the service quality of the hotel, enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel, at the same time, it can also excavate the potential ability of the grass-roots staff, improve the work efficiency, enhance the value of the staff themselves, and promote the all-round development of the staff. In addition, the training program and safeguard measures put forward in this paper also have reference significance for the training work of hotel industry.
