太原市天行健體育服務(wù)企業(yè)流程管理的優(yōu)化與實(shí)施

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,,市場(chǎng)瞬息萬變,面對(duì)日新月異的新技術(shù)改變的世界,體育服務(wù)企業(yè)要應(yīng)對(duì)新的形勢(shì)和新的挑戰(zhàn),提升自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì),就必須有一套成熟的且完整的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理模式。基于上述認(rèn)識(shí),本文選取太原市天行健體育服務(wù)有限公司為研究對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法等多種研究方法,對(duì)太原市天行健體育服務(wù)有限公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行研究,首先介紹了流程管理的基本理論;其次對(duì)太原市天行健體育服務(wù)有限公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出其存在的基本問題、優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足;最后針對(duì)其問題提出應(yīng)對(duì)方法與措施,希望能夠?yàn)槠渌捏w育服務(wù)企業(yè)開展流程管理體系建設(shè)工作提供實(shí)踐參考。其主要研究結(jié)論如下: 一、天行健體育服務(wù)有限公司的管理模式基本上還沒有脫離傳統(tǒng)的職能管理模式,通常遇到問題都是通過領(lǐng)導(dǎo)來協(xié)調(diào),指導(dǎo)日常的工作,長(zhǎng)期以來員工都不明白怎么去做。 二、公司沒有一個(gè)比較完善的制度,各種管理問題層出不窮。加之各個(gè)部門或者環(huán)節(jié)的本位主義嚴(yán)重,各人自掃門前雪,思維比較局限,對(duì)于“流程管理”這一新的管理模式還難以接受,缺乏關(guān)注業(yè)務(wù)問題端到端的解決的人,整個(gè)企業(yè)對(duì)于外界變化的反應(yīng)相當(dāng)遲緩。 三、天行健體育服務(wù)有限公司自從開展流程管理體系建設(shè)以來,員工的流程意識(shí)不斷的加強(qiáng),慢慢清楚了部分和整體的關(guān)系,明白了流程管理體系建設(shè)的作用。同時(shí)也明白了流程管理體系建設(shè)會(huì)讓員工能有更好的工作與學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái),能夠快速的學(xué)習(xí)前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn),少走彎路。 四、公司流程管理體系建設(shè)仍有許多不可回避的問題,在流程管理體系建設(shè)初期流程開發(fā)的質(zhì)量還不高,在流程執(zhí)行的問題上還有許多的空間需要改進(jìn),在流程管理體系建設(shè)方面還有許許多多的問題有待去解決。 五、問題并不是方法的問題,體系建設(shè)是一個(gè)持續(xù)不斷的變革過程,只有起點(diǎn)沒有終點(diǎn),只有建立起流程管理長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,才能通過流程體系的運(yùn)作在企業(yè)建立一個(gè)“自我發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、調(diào)整與持續(xù)改進(jìn)”的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid change of the market, facing the changing world of new technology with each passing day, sports service enterprises must have a set of mature and complete business process management mode in order to cope with the new situation and new challenges and enhance their own economic advantages. Based on the above understanding, this paper selects Taiyuan Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd as the research object, through literature method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, studies the business process of Taiyuan Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd., first introduces the basic theory of process management. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of business process management in Taiyuan Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd., and finds out its basic problems, advantages and disadvantages. Finally, in view of its problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures, hoping to provide practical reference for other sports service enterprises to carry out the construction of process management system. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the management mode of Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd. has not been separated from the traditional functional management mode, usually encountered problems are coordinated through leadership, guide daily work, employees do not understand how to do it for a long time. Second, the company does not have a relatively perfect system, a variety of management problems emerge in endlessly. In addition, the standard of each department or link is serious, everyone sweeps the snow in front of the door, the thinking is relatively limited, for the new management mode of "process management" is still difficult to accept, the lack of attention to the end-to-end solution of business problems, the response of the whole enterprise to external changes is quite slow. Third, since the development of process management system construction in Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd., the staff's process consciousness has been continuously strengthened, and the relationship between part and the whole has been gradually clarified, and the role of process management system construction has been understood. At the same time, it also understands that the construction of process management system will enable employees to have a better work and learning platform, can quickly learn the experience of their predecessors, and take fewer detours. Fourth, there are still many unavoidable problems in the construction of process management system, the quality of process development in the initial stage of process management system construction is not high, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the problem of process implementation, and there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of process management system. Fifth, the problem is not a problem of method, the system construction is a continuous process of change, only the starting point has no end point, only by establishing the long-term mechanism of process management, can we establish a mechanism of "self-discovery of problems, adjustment and continuous improvement" in enterprises through the operation of process system.
