【摘要】：保安服務(wù)業(yè)作為為客戶提供安全保障服務(wù)的特殊行業(yè),在國外已經(jīng)有200多年的發(fā)展歷史,形成了門類齊全、管理規(guī)范的較為完善的行業(yè)體系。成為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的一個主要門類。 中國的保安服務(wù)業(yè)是隨著改革開放而逐步興起的,由于行業(yè)的特殊性,中國的保安服務(wù)業(yè)一直在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下運(yùn)行。根據(jù)我國加入世貿(mào)組織的承諾,保安服務(wù)行業(yè)已經(jīng)向國外企業(yè)放開,2010年頒布實(shí)施的《保安服務(wù)管理?xiàng)l例》從法律層面明確了行業(yè)的市場化地位,政府壟斷經(jīng)營的局面已經(jīng)打破,中國保安服務(wù)行業(yè)即將迎來發(fā)展的歷史機(jī)遇。 面對新形勢,青島AB保安服務(wù)公司必須審時度勢、高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚。通過制定清晰明確、科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,調(diào)整現(xiàn)行運(yùn)營管理體制,引入現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理念,采取不同戰(zhàn)略措施,使企業(yè)在競爭中保持優(yōu)勢地位,獲得發(fā)展機(jī)遇,立于不敗之地。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外保安服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的梳理和對比的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和工具,結(jié)合青島AB保安服務(wù)公司發(fā)展實(shí)際,提出符合公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,并就戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的實(shí)施、保障等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述,力求為企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考和幫助,并為我國保安服務(wù)行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒。 論文首先對國內(nèi)外保安服務(wù)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,對戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述；對國內(nèi)外保安服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了概述,并對國內(nèi)外幾家著名保安服務(wù)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了介紹。其次,對中國保安服務(wù)市場環(huán)境進(jìn)行了宏觀和微觀分析,特別是對《保安服務(wù)管理?xiàng)l例》頒布實(shí)施后對中國保安服務(wù)行業(yè)的發(fā)展所帶來的積極影響進(jìn)行了分析。再次,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對青島AB保安服務(wù)公司的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了回顧和總結(jié),并運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對公司現(xiàn)有狀況進(jìn)行了綜合分析,明確了所面臨的機(jī)遇、威脅、劣勢和優(yōu)勢。同時運(yùn)用競爭優(yōu)勢理論和競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇分析,為青島AB保安服務(wù)公司未來發(fā)展提出戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,并就如何實(shí)施及支持與保障進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步論述。最后,提出論文結(jié)論并就影響青島AB保安服務(wù)公司在未來發(fā)戰(zhàn)略展的市場因素進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充論述。
[Abstract]:Security service industry, as a special industry to provide safety and security services for customers, has a development history of more than 200 years in foreign countries, forming a relatively perfect industry system with complete categories and standardized management. It has become a major category of modern service industry. China's security service industry is gradually rising with the reform and opening up. Because of the particularity of the industry, China's security service industry has been operating under the planned economy system. According to the commitment of China's accession to the WTO, the security service industry has been liberalized to foreign enterprises. The regulations on the Administration of Security Services promulgated and implemented in 2010 clearly define the marketization status of the industry from the legal level. The situation of government monopoly management has been broken, and China's security service industry is about to usher in a historical opportunity for development. In the face of the new situation, Qingdao AB Security Service Company must judge the situation and be far-sighted. Through the formulation of a clear, scientific and systematic strategic plan of the company, the adjustment of the current operation and management system, the introduction of modern enterprise management concepts, and the adoption of different strategic measures, enterprises can maintain their dominant position and obtain development opportunities in the competition. In an invincible position. On the basis of combing and comparing the development course of security service industry at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the strategic plan in line with the development of Qingdao AB Security Service Company by using strategic management theory and tools. And the implementation of strategic planning, security and so on are discussed in detail, and strive to provide reference and help for the development of enterprises, and for the development of enterprises in the security service industry in China. Firstly, the paper summarizes the current situation of strategic research on security service industry at home and abroad, and summarizes the related theories of strategic management. This paper summarizes the development of security service industry at home and abroad, and introduces several famous security service enterprises at home and abroad. Secondly, the macro and micro analysis of the security service market environment in China is carried out, especially the positive impact on the development of China's security service industry after the promulgation and implementation of the regulations on the Administration of Security Services. Thirdly, on this basis, this paper reviews and summarizes the development course and present situation of Qingdao AB Security Service Company, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing situation of the company by using SWOT analysis method, and clarifies the opportunities, threats, disadvantages and advantages faced by the company. At the same time, based on the theory of competitive advantage and the analysis of competitive strategy choice, this paper puts forward the strategic plan for the future development of Qingdao AB Security Service Company, and further discusses how to implement and support and guarantee it. Finally, the conclusion of the paper is put forward and the market factors that affect the strategy exhibition of Qingdao AB Security Service Company in the future are discussed.
