中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店自上世紀(jì)末誕生以來(lái),經(jīng)歷了起步、快速發(fā)展和品牌建立三個(gè)階段,現(xiàn)今經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店業(yè)作為旅游業(yè)的新生力量,在酒店業(yè)乃至旅游業(yè)中扮演著愈來(lái)愈重要的角色。然而面對(duì)與日俱增的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及來(lái)自?xún)?nèi)外部環(huán)境壓力,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店同時(shí)也正面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)——傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式能否繼續(xù)適應(yīng)當(dāng)今時(shí)代的發(fā)展潮流?基于轉(zhuǎn)型期背景下的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為日益迫切關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 本文以中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展模式為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)錦江之星、華住、如家三家國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店行業(yè)領(lǐng)先者經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的比較研究,探討基于不同模式下的發(fā)展策略,試圖探索出適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式發(fā)展之路。本文旨在為行業(yè)內(nèi)外經(jīng)營(yíng)者及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者更深入掌握和運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式提供新的視角,使其有針對(duì)性地審視和解決經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中存在的問(wèn)題,希望能對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店行業(yè)未來(lái)健康有序、可持續(xù)發(fā)展有所貢獻(xiàn)。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分: 第一章闡述本文的研究背景、研究意義與研究方法,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,理清全文的研究思路與框架,為后文奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二章從中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局、存在問(wèn)題等角度切入,對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店基本現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析闡述。 第三章分別對(duì)特許經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、品牌延伸模式和兼并收購(gòu)模式進(jìn)行深入研究,并分別輔以案例分析,理論結(jié)合實(shí)例,為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店未來(lái)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展模式提供方向。 第四章對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行展望,并提出不同模式下的發(fā)展策略與對(duì)策建議。 第五章簡(jiǎn)要回顧本文的主要內(nèi)容、得出研究結(jié)論并提出不足與展望。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of economic hotels in China at the end of the last century, they have experienced three stages: the beginning, the rapid development and the establishment of the brand. Nowadays, the economic hotel industry as a new force in the tourism industry, It plays a more and more important role in the hotel industry and even in the tourism industry. However, in the face of increasing market competition and pressure from the internal and external environment, China's economy hotels are also facing unprecedented challenges-can the traditional business model continue to adapt to the development trend of the times? Under the background of transition period, the problem of economic hotel management model in China has become the focus of attention day by day. Based on the comparative study of Jinjiang Star, Huazhu and three domestic economic hotel industry leaders, this paper discusses the development strategies based on different modes, taking the economic hotel development model of China as the object of study, and through the comparative study of Jinjiang Star, and the three domestic economic hotel industry leaders in China, this paper discusses the development strategy based on different modes. Try to explore the development of economic hotel management model suitable for China's national conditions. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new angle of view for the operators and competitors in and out of the industry to grasp and apply the business model of economic hotels more deeply, so that they can examine and solve the problems existing in the operation and management in a targeted manner. It is hoped that it can contribute to the healthy and orderly future and sustainable development of China's economic hotel industry. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter describes the research background, research significance and research methods, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, clarifies the research ideas and framework of the full text, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following. The second chapter analyzes and expounds the basic situation of Chinese economy hotels from the angle of competition pattern and existing problems of economy hotels in China. In the third chapter, the franchising model, brand extension model and merger and acquisition model are deeply studied, supplemented by case analysis, theory combined with examples, to provide the direction for the future management and development model of economic hotels in China. The fourth chapter looks forward to the future development trend of economic hotels in China, and puts forward the development strategies and suggestions under different modes. The fifth chapter briefly reviews the main contents of this paper, draws the research conclusions and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
