【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今社會重要的組成部分，成為推動現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要動力來源，對其他產(chǎn)業(yè)有巨大的影響力。目前，服務(wù)業(yè)占世界經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的比重達(dá)到70%左右，低收入國家服務(wù)業(yè)比重達(dá)到50%。促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)加快發(fā)展，是減少經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中能源資源消耗和環(huán)境污染、加快增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的迫切需要，也是有效增加就業(yè)、擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)需求對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長帶動作用的重大舉措。具體到長沙市，怎樣因地制宜對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)行業(yè)進(jìn)行選擇，促進(jìn)主導(dǎo)行業(yè)的優(yōu)先發(fā)展，就成為具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的問題。 長沙作為兩型社會試驗(yàn)區(qū)，其發(fā)展目標(biāo)是通過資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會建設(shè)的同時(shí)，能夠加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)長沙在中部地區(qū)的崛起，所以現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)將成為長沙市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展極其重要的一環(huán)。 本文主要從兩方面來著手研究長沙市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇。一方面是在綜述國內(nèi)外有關(guān)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展和主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上，從理論上闡述了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵特征及分類、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇基準(zhǔn)。另一方面，，從多個視角來分析長沙市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化，運(yùn)用態(tài)勢分析法歸納了長沙市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀；并且對長沙市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)主導(dǎo)行業(yè)的選擇進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。文章基于《長沙統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》和《湖南統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》中的數(shù)據(jù)來進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，以及建立主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用SPSS軟件來進(jìn)行因子分析法研究，得出金融業(yè)、文化體育和娛樂業(yè)、科學(xué)研究技術(shù)服務(wù)和地質(zhì)勘查業(yè)、租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸和倉儲郵政業(yè)是為長沙市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)行業(yè)，應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)發(fā)展這些行業(yè)，使之更好更快地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Modern service industry has become an important part of modern society. It has become the main driving force to promote the development of modern economy and has great influence on other industries. At present, the service sector accounts for about 70% of the world economy, and low-income countries account for 50% of the world economy. To accelerate the development of modern service industry is an urgent need to reduce the consumption of energy resources and environmental pollution in economic development and to speed up the transformation of growth mode. It is also an important measure to effectively increase employment and expand the role of consumption demand on economic growth. As far as Changsha is concerned, how to choose the leading industry of modern service industry according to local conditions and promote the priority development of leading industry has become a problem of great practical significance. Changsha, as an experimental zone of two-oriented society, aims to accelerate economic development and realize the rise of Changsha in the central region through the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Therefore, the modern service industry will become a very important link in Changsha's economic and social development. This article mainly from two aspects to start to study Changsha modern service industry leading industry choice. On the one hand, on the basis of summarizing the research achievements about the development of modern service industry and the choice of leading industry at home and abroad, this paper expounds the connotation characteristics and classification of modern service industry, and the selection benchmark of modern service industry leading industry. On the other hand, this paper analyzes the structural changes of modern service industry in Changsha from many perspectives, summarizes the current situation of the development of modern service industry in Changsha by means of situation analysis, and makes an empirical study on the choice of leading industries in modern service industry in Changsha. Based on the data of Changsha Statistical Yearbook and Hunan Statistical Yearbook, this paper carries on the empirical analysis, and establishes the leading industry selection index system, uses the SPSS software to carry on the factor analysis method research, obtains the financial industry, The cultural, sports and entertainment industries, scientific research and technical services and geological prospecting, leasing and business services, transportation and warehousing and postal services are the leading industries for the development of modern services in Changsha and should be developed with emphasis on these industries. Make it develop better and faster.
