【摘要】：隨著山東省海洋經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位日益凸顯，并已成為全省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，海洋經(jīng)濟成為了山東省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的增長點。由于海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支撐點是陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)，特別是服務(wù)業(yè)對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)后續(xù)發(fā)展的支持；當(dāng)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段后，海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場競爭力與產(chǎn)品附加值的提升主要是依賴于服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持，而現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)作為服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)中最具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Αl(fā)展活力的部分，必將給海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展帶來深遠影響。因此，加快對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的互動關(guān)系的研究，對合理引導(dǎo)山東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展，推進海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展具有一定的重要意義。 本文以山東省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)為研究對象，綜合運用定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法，對山東省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)間的互動發(fā)展關(guān)系進行了深入研究。首先，根據(jù)國內(nèi)外互動發(fā)展理論的研究，，探討了海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的互動發(fā)展機理；其次，從產(chǎn)值、規(guī)模、就業(yè)能力及投資等方面對山東省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了綜合分析，并得出山東省兩產(chǎn)業(yè)間具有一定的互相發(fā)展關(guān)系；再次，全文在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，選取山東省2002-2011年的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)，建立線性回歸模型，通過協(xié)整分析、格蘭杰因果分析及修正模型等動態(tài)計量分析方法，對山東省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)之間是否存在良性的互動發(fā)展關(guān)系進行了分析。分析表明：（1）山東省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平之間具有高度相關(guān)性；（2）兩產(chǎn)業(yè)之間存在長期均衡的發(fā)展關(guān)系，但兩者的互推作用并不明顯。最后，本文就如何促進山東省海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)間的互動發(fā)展提出相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of marine economy in Shandong Province, the position of marine industry in the national economy has become increasingly prominent, and has become the pillar industry of economic development in Shandong Province, and the marine economy has become the growth point of economic development in Shandong Province. Because the supporting point of marine industry development is land-based industry, especially the support of service industry to the follow-up development of marine industry; When the marine industry develops to a certain stage, the market competitiveness of the marine industry and the promotion of the added value of the products are mainly dependent on the support of the service industry, and the modern service industry, as the most potential and dynamic part of the service industry, It will bring far-reaching influence to the rapid development of marine industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to accelerate the research on the interaction between marine industry and modern service industry in order to reasonably guide the benign development of modern service industry in Shandong Province and promote the rapid development of marine industry. Taking the marine industry and modern service industry in Shandong Province as the research object, this paper makes a deep research on the interactive development relationship between the marine industry and the modern service industry in Shandong Province by using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Firstly, according to the research of interactive development theory at home and abroad, the interactive development mechanism between marine industry and modern service industry is discussed. Secondly, from the aspects of output value, scale, employability and investment, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development status of marine industry and modern service industry in Shandong Province, and draws a conclusion that there is a certain mutual development relationship between the two industries in Shandong Province. Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper selects the time series data of Shandong Province 2002 / 2011 to establish a linear regression model, through cointegration analysis, Granger causality analysis and modified model and other dynamic metrological analysis methods. The relationship between marine industry and modern service industry in Shandong province is analyzed. The analysis shows that: (1) there is a high correlation between the development level of marine industry and modern service industry in Shandong Province, and (2) there is a long-term balanced development relationship between the two industries, but the interaction between the two industries is not obvious. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the interactive development between marine industry and modern service industry in Shandong Province.
