【摘要】：正隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐漸復(fù)蘇,國際服務(wù)外包市場的需求將不斷擴(kuò)張,離岸服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù)的比重也將進(jìn)一步提高,世界服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)將迎來新一輪快速發(fā)展的重要機(jī)遇期�！吨袊鴩H服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2011-2015)》提出:我國要提高服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量,切實(shí)推進(jìn)由服務(wù)外包大國向強(qiáng)國轉(zhuǎn)變,至2015年我國離岸服務(wù)外包總額將要達(dá)到850億美元。《中共大連市委、大連市人民政府關(guān)于加快軟件和服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的意見》中則提出:到2013
