中軟國(guó)際軟件外包W項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,以信息技術(shù)服務(wù)為主要特征的產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃興起。軟件外包成為IT產(chǎn)業(yè)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、推動(dòng)兩化深度融合、促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等起到重要作用!盾浖托畔⒓夹g(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》中也提出要加快拓展服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。然而,正是因?yàn)榘l(fā)展過快,很多在這個(gè)過程中發(fā)展起來的公司的項(xiàng)目管理水平己經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目的需要,延誤工期、項(xiàng)目成本過高、人力資源安排不合理等問題時(shí)有發(fā)生。本文以中軟國(guó)際W項(xiàng)目為依托,通過本人在實(shí)際工作中遇到的軟件項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理為依據(jù),對(duì)目前我國(guó)軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)中項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究,探討出如何在控制成本的同時(shí),提高質(zhì)量,壓縮工期,這對(duì)我國(guó)軟件外包業(yè)發(fā)展提出了重要的參考依據(jù)。 在項(xiàng)目管理理論中,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵三要素之一。本文首先說明了研究軟件外包項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,由此提出本文的論題展開研究思路。接著闡述了項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的定義,對(duì)WBS工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。在本篇論文中,中軟國(guó)際W項(xiàng)目貫穿始終,并通過里程碑計(jì)劃法對(duì)W項(xiàng)目一個(gè)子產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤。第四章和第五章是核心,針對(duì)中軟國(guó)際W項(xiàng)目在實(shí)際工作中遇到的問題進(jìn)行剖析,說明在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃該如何制定,如何控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。本文涉及了參與角色以及各角色所擔(dān)負(fù)的職責(zé),對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、制定計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目評(píng)估、項(xiàng)目變更、里程碑等問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說明。通過分析影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度滯后的原因進(jìn)行分析,并利用項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)提出控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的具體措施,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行調(diào)整,工期優(yōu)化,提出一個(gè)可行的解決方案。因此,本篇論文對(duì)軟件包項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理體系的探討具有必要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the industry characterized by information technology service is booming. Software outsourcing has become a new growth point in the IT industry. At the same time, it will accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and promote the deep integration of the two industries. Promoting the development of strategic emerging industries plays an important role. In the 12th Five-Year Plan for Software and Information Technology Services, it is also proposed to speed up the development of service outsourcing business. However, because of the rapid development, the project management level of many companies developed in this process has been unable to meet the needs of the actual project, delay the time limit, the project cost is too high, the human resources arrangement is unreasonable and so on. In this paper, based on the W project of China soft International, based on the software project schedule management that I encountered in the actual work, this paper studies the project schedule management in the software outsourcing industry of our country, and discusses how to control the cost at the same time. The improvement of quality and the compression of time limit provide an important reference for the development of software outsourcing industry in China. In the theory of project management, project schedule management is one of the three key elements of project success. This paper first explains the background and practical significance of the research on software outsourcing project schedule management, and then puts forward the research ideas of this thesis. Then, the definition of project management and project schedule management is introduced, and the work decomposition structure of WBS is analyzed. In this paper, Sinosoft International W project runs through all the time, and the progress of a sub-product of W project is tracked through milestone planning method. The fourth and fifth chapters are the core. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the actual work of Sinosoft International W Project, and explains how to formulate and control the project schedule in the project schedule. This article deals with the roles involved and the responsibilities of each role. It explains in detail the whole project initiation, planning, project evaluation, project change, milestones, and so on. By analyzing the factors that affect the progress of the project, the causes of the lag of the progress of the project are analyzed, and the specific measures to control the progress of the project are put forward by using the knowledge of project management, and the schedule of the project is adjusted and the duration of the project is optimized. Put forward a feasible solution. Therefore, this paper has the necessity and the realistic significance to the software package project schedule management system discussion.
