【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來,全球化逐漸開始影響世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,與此同時(shí),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的趨勢(shì)更被加強(qiáng),服務(wù)業(yè)作為目前經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要引擎更是得到了飛速的發(fā)展,新興的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的拉動(dòng)作用更為明顯,與之相伴的則是國際直接投資向服務(wù)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移,服務(wù)業(yè)已成為國際直接投資領(lǐng)域的主流。從目前我國發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)來看,服務(wù)業(yè)是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的一個(gè)大方向,隨著我國對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的開放政策逐步放松,開放領(lǐng)域逐漸拓寬,服務(wù)業(yè)FDI也得到了快速的發(fā)展。研究已表明,FDI的溢出效應(yīng)將有效帶動(dòng)?xùn)|道國相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的提升,那么對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)的研究能夠更深入的分析其溢出的機(jī)制和影響因素,從而為我國更好地吸納外商直接投資,促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)的發(fā)揮將有重要的借鑒作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在理論與文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的一般機(jī)理和行業(yè)層面影響因素以及之間的作用關(guān)系,突出服務(wù)業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)；在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上利用實(shí)證分析方法,分別從服務(wù)業(yè)行業(yè)內(nèi)和服務(wù)業(yè)行業(yè)間兩個(gè)角度檢驗(yàn)了我國服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng),發(fā)現(xiàn)我國服務(wù)業(yè)FDI行業(yè)內(nèi)存在溢出效應(yīng)而行業(yè)間溢出效應(yīng)則非常微弱,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步實(shí)證研究了影響我國服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)的行業(yè)層面因素,包括人力資本、行業(yè)發(fā)展水平、行業(yè)開放程度和行業(yè)技術(shù)水平等,利用Eviews6.0和Stata12.0對(duì)我國服務(wù)業(yè)13個(gè)行業(yè)2004-2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出勞動(dòng)力成本抑制了服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng),行業(yè)發(fā)展水平、行業(yè)開放程度對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)有促進(jìn)作用,而行業(yè)技術(shù)水平的作用則不顯著。此外本文還將服務(wù)業(yè)按一定指標(biāo)細(xì)分為資本密集型、勞動(dòng)密集型、知識(shí)密集型三類分別對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),嘗試得出了針對(duì)這三個(gè)類型服務(wù)業(yè)的不同結(jié)論,最后根據(jù)實(shí)證得出的結(jié)論,為我國更好地發(fā)揮服務(wù)業(yè)FDI溢出效應(yīng)提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, globalization has gradually affected the development of the world economy. At the same time, the trend of industrial structure transformation has been strengthened, and the service industry, as an important engine of economic growth, has been developing at full speed. The new modern service industry has a more obvious effect on the economy, accompanied by the transfer of international direct investment to the service industry, and the service industry has become the mainstream of the field of international direct investment. From the current development reality of our country, the service industry is a major direction of China's economic transformation and development. With the gradual relaxation of China's opening policy to the service industry and the widening of the open field, the FDI of the service industry has also developed rapidly. The research has shown that the spillover effect of FDI will effectively promote the development of relevant industries and the overall economy of the host country, so the research on the spillover effect of service FDI can further analyze the mechanism and influencing factors of spillover. Therefore, it will have important reference and practical significance for our country to absorb foreign direct investment better and promote the FDI spillover effect of service industry. On the basis of theory and literature, this paper analyzes the general mechanism of FDI spillover effect in service industry, the influencing factors at industry level and the relationship between them, highlighting the characteristics of service industry. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using the empirical analysis method, this paper tests the spillover effect of service industry FDI from the two angles of service industry and service industry respectively. It is found that there are spillover effects in the FDI industry of our country, but the spillover effect between industries is very weak. On this basis, the author further empirically studies the factors affecting the spillover effect of FDI in the service industry in China, including human capital. By using Eviews6.0 and Stata12.0 to test the panel data of 13 service industries in China from 2004 to 2013, it is concluded that the labor cost has restrained the spillover effect of FDI in the service industry, such as the level of industry development, the degree of industry opening and the level of industry technology. The level of industry development and the degree of industry opening can promote the spillover effect of service industry FDI, but the effect of industry technology level is not significant. In addition, this paper divides the service industry into three categories: capital intensive, labor-intensive and knowledge-intensive, and tries to draw different conclusions for these three types of service industry. Finally, according to the empirical conclusions, some policy suggestions are put forward for our country to give full play to the spillover effect of service FDI.
