我國高星級飯店時空分布特征及動力機制研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國的社會經(jīng)濟得到了快速的發(fā)展,以旅游業(yè)為代表的服務業(yè)取得了較大的進步,旅游業(yè)已逐步的成為我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。經(jīng)濟社會以及旅游業(yè)的全面發(fā)展促使我國飯店業(yè)不斷的發(fā)展壯大,特別是高星級飯店的發(fā)展更為迅速,已成為旅游業(yè)乃至國民經(jīng)濟的一個重要的部門。然而,面對高星級飯店規(guī)?偭靠缭绞桨l(fā)展的同時,近年來我國高星級飯店的經(jīng)營效益以及客房出租率卻開始呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)下滑的趨勢。大量的高星級反帶你在投資建設(shè)過程中缺乏科學論證、盲目投資、隨意選址,,使得高星級飯店在一些經(jīng)濟較為發(fā)達的區(qū)域過度集聚,而一些經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達的地區(qū)缺乏滿足顧客需求的高級別住宿設(shè)施,造成高星級飯店的地理分布與市場需求的不協(xié)調(diào)。 本文將從地理學的角度,以全國31個省市、自治區(qū)為對象,在理論總結(jié)和現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運用多種分析方法對我國高星級飯店的時空分布特征及影響因素,以及影響其分布的動力機制做了研究,并提出若干優(yōu)化對策,以期對高星級飯店趨于更為合理的空間分布提供借鑒和參考。 本文研究共包含六個章節(jié),按照研究思路順次進行。 第一章闡述了選題背景及研究意義,并對本文研究內(nèi)容與研究方法、框架進行了總體性概況。 第二章對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)飯店空間分布以及高星級飯店分布的研究做了細致的梳理和評價。 第三章對本文使用到的基本概念做了界定,并對所用到的相關(guān)理論做了闡述。 第四章對我國飯店業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程做了歸納,把我國飯店業(yè)的發(fā)展概括為四個發(fā)展階段,同時對高星級飯店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了全面的梳理,之后從時間和空間兩方面對我國高星級飯店的分布特征做了分析。 第五章在對高星級飯店空間分布分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出影響分布的若干假設(shè)因子,對這些因子進行各種分析,并利用多元線性回歸法構(gòu)建了假設(shè)因子的影響模型,經(jīng)檢驗模型成立。對模型中的因子做出解釋,之后建立了我國高星級飯店時空分布的動力機制,并根據(jù)動力機制的分析,對我國高星級飯店業(yè)的布局做出了預測。之后,針對所得出的影響我國高星級飯店的空間分布的因子,并結(jié)合我國各個地區(qū)的實際情況,提出了若干優(yōu)化對策,為使我國高星級飯店更好的發(fā)展提供可借鑒的建議。 第六章為研究結(jié)論和討論。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's social economy has been rapid development, tourism as a representative of the service industry has made great progress, tourism has gradually become an important pillar industry of our national economy. The overall development of economy, society and tourism promotes the development of hotel industry, especially the development of high star hotels, which has become an important department of tourism and national economy. However, in the face of the leap-forward development of the total scale of high-star hotels, in recent years, the operating efficiency of high-star hotels and the occupancy rate of guest rooms in our country have begun to show a trend of continuous decline. A large number of high-star hotels lack scientific proof in the process of investment and construction, invest blindly, and choose their location at will, so that high-star hotels are over-concentrated in some economically more developed regions. However, in some underdeveloped areas, there is a lack of high-level accommodation facilities to meet the needs of customers, which results in the disharmony between the geographical distribution of high-star hotels and the market demand. This paper will take 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China as the object from the view of geography, on the basis of theoretical summary and present situation analysis, using various analysis methods to analyze the space-time distribution characteristics and influencing factors of high star hotels in China. The dynamic mechanism affecting its distribution is studied and some optimization countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference and reference for the more rational spatial distribution of high star hotels. This study consists of six chapters, according to the research ideas carried out in sequence. The first chapter describes the background and significance of the topic, and the research content, research methods and framework of the overall overview. The second chapter makes a detailed analysis and evaluation of hotel spatial distribution and high-star hotel distribution at home and abroad. In the third chapter, the basic concepts used in this paper are defined, and the relevant theories are expounded. The fourth chapter summarizes the development of China's hotel industry, summarizes the development of China's hotel industry into four stages of development, at the same time, the development of high-star hotels to do a comprehensive combing of the status quo. Then it analyzes the distribution characteristics of high-star hotels in China from two aspects of time and space. In the fifth chapter, based on the analysis of spatial distribution of high-star hotels, we put forward some hypothetical factors that affect the distribution, and analyze these factors, and construct the influence model of the hypothetical factors by using the multivariate linear regression method. The test model is established. After explaining the factors in the model, the dynamic mechanism of the space-time distribution of high-star hotels in China is established, and the layout of high-star hotels in China is forecasted according to the analysis of the dynamic mechanism. Then, in view of the factors that affect the spatial distribution of high star hotels in China, and combined with the actual situation in various regions of our country, some optimization countermeasures are put forward, which can be used for reference for the better development of high star hotels in our country. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion.
