【摘要】：近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、人們生活水平普遍提高、消費(fèi)能力顯著提高,同時(shí)伴隨著整個(gè)社會(huì)老齡化程度日益加深,“三口之家”特色家庭模式日趨普遍,表現(xiàn)在人們對(duì)家政服務(wù)的需求越來越大。從現(xiàn)實(shí)角度講,家政服務(wù)業(yè)是一項(xiàng)“雙贏”的工程。在推動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)安定和諧、增加就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)等方面都具有重要作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在這個(gè)大環(huán)境下,力德家政這個(gè)創(chuàng)立十余年的企業(yè)同樣面臨著巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。 本文以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論為指導(dǎo),首先簡單分析本文的研究背景及意義,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外家政服務(wù)業(yè)和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論文獻(xiàn)綜述的梳理和閱讀,介紹主要研究內(nèi)容、采取的研究方法及技術(shù)路線。隨后,介紹力德家政的基本情況。包括公司發(fā)展歷程、主營業(yè)務(wù)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、財(cái)務(wù)狀況等。然后,運(yùn)用PEST戰(zhàn)略管理工具對(duì)力德家政的外部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析概括,包括宏觀環(huán)境、家政服務(wù)業(yè)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和家政企業(yè)存在的缺點(diǎn)和不足,對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源和能力進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的歸納和總結(jié),查找力德家政在經(jīng)營管理中存在的缺點(diǎn)和不足,由此辨識(shí)出力德家政所擁有的核心競爭優(yōu)勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過SWOT矩陣分析力德家政經(jīng)營管理的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇與威脅,提出適合力德家政發(fā)展的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。最后為保障力德家政發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略得以順利實(shí)施,提出了擴(kuò)大資金來源、加強(qiáng)組織協(xié)調(diào)、完善體制機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)核心人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、打造優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化五條保障措施,以期企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)能夠切實(shí)得到實(shí)現(xiàn),戰(zhàn)略方案能夠良好地進(jìn)行。 通過對(duì)力德家政發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,對(duì)力德家政的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,同時(shí)也對(duì)整個(gè)家政行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理研究具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, people's living standards have generally improved, and their consumption power has increased significantly. At the same time, with the deepening of the aging of the whole society, the family pattern with the characteristics of "three families" has become more and more common. This is manifested in the growing demand for domestic service. From a realistic point of view, domestic service industry is a "win-win" project. It plays an important role and practical significance in promoting the development of national economy, social stability and harmony, increasing employment opportunities and so on. Under this big environment, the enterprise which was founded more than ten years ago also faces great opportunities and challenges. Under the guidance of enterprise strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the research background and significance of this paper, and introduces the main research contents by combing and reading the domestic and foreign domestic service industry and enterprise strategic management theory literature review. Research methods and technical routes adopted. Subsequently, the introduction of the basic situation of Germany housekeeping. Including the company's development history, main business, organizational structure, financial situation and so on. Then, using PEST strategic management tools to analyze and summarize the external development environment, including the macro environment, domestic service industry development status and the shortcomings and shortcomings of domestic enterprises. This paper sums up and summarizes the internal resources and abilities of the enterprise, finds out the shortcomings and shortcomings of Lide domestic economy in management and management, and identifies the core competitive advantage of Lide housekeeping. On this basis, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Lide's domestic management through SWOT matrix, and puts forward the enterprise strategy suitable for the development of Lide's housekeeping. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the domestic economy development strategy, the paper puts forward five measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, such as expanding the sources of funds, strengthening the coordination of organizations, perfecting the system and mechanism, strengthening the construction of the core talents, and creating an excellent corporate culture. In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise, the strategic plan can be carried out well. Through the research on the development strategy of Lide domestic economy, it has important practical significance to the long-term development of Lide domestic economy, and also has practical application value to the strategic management research of the whole domestic economy industry.
