【摘要】：檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)這一新興行業(yè),發(fā)展十分迅速。不難預(yù)見,伴隨著這一行業(yè)的發(fā)展,檔案服務(wù)業(yè)需求的擴(kuò)大,必將這一服務(wù)行業(yè)推向時(shí)代的前列。同時(shí),檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的出現(xiàn)將有利于帶動(dòng)我國(guó)滯后檔案業(yè)的發(fā)展。然而,新興行業(yè)的發(fā)展必然有一個(gè)成長(zhǎng)的過程,目前檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展仍處在摸索階段,面臨著各種問題。本文以檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)為主線索,通過對(duì)申江萬(wàn)國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)信息股份有限公司的分析對(duì)檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,研究我國(guó)檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。本文主要有四大部分,第一部分是簡(jiǎn)單介紹我國(guó)檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的相關(guān)發(fā)展概況,其中包括檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的歷史原因、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)生的積極影響;第二部分是通過調(diào)研,以申江萬(wàn)國(guó)為典型案例進(jìn)行剖析,對(duì)公司成立的背景、主要經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行介紹;第三部分是公司經(jīng)過兩年的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),機(jī)遇對(duì)公司的壯大和發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,抓住好機(jī)遇才能迎接挑戰(zhàn),機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存,主要看如何把挑戰(zhàn)化為機(jī)遇,以及對(duì)于挑戰(zhàn)要及時(shí)提出因地制宜的對(duì)策,申江萬(wàn)國(guó)需要解決的問題有完善行業(yè)規(guī)范、提高工作人員的素質(zhì)和拓展服務(wù)內(nèi)容。第四部分是綜合目前檔案服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,對(duì)我國(guó)檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展市場(chǎng)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)提出的幾點(diǎn)建議,相信經(jīng)過我們的努力未來的檔案服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)一定是行業(yè)更加規(guī)范化,服務(wù)更加多樣化,技術(shù)更加先進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:File service enterprises this new industry, the development is very rapid. It is not difficult to predict that with the development of this industry and the expansion of file service demand, this service industry will be pushed to the forefront of the times. At the same time, the emergence of archival service enterprises will be conducive to the development of lagging archives industry in China. However, the development of the new industry must have a growing process. At present, the development of archival service enterprises is still in the groping stage, facing various problems. This paper takes the archives service enterprises as the main clue, through the analysis of the Shenjiang Wanguo data and Information Co., Ltd. to analyze the archives service enterprises, and to study the development level of the archives service enterprises in China. There are four main parts in this paper. The first part is a brief introduction to the development of archival service enterprises in China, including the historical reasons, development characteristics and positive effects. The second part is through the investigation, takes the Shenjiang Wanguo as the typical case to carry on the analysis, to the company foundation background, the main management business carries on the introduction; The third part is the opportunity and challenge that the company faces after two years' development. The opportunity is very important to the growth and development of the company. And to the challenge to put forward timely countermeasures according to local conditions, Shenjiang Wanguo need to solve the problems to improve industry norms, improve the quality of staff and expand the content of service. The fourth part is to synthesize the current archives service industry development level, to our country archives service industry enterprise's future development market and the development tendency proposed several suggestions, I believe that through our efforts in the future archival service enterprises must be more standardized industry, more diversified services, more advanced technology.
