【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)是新常態(tài)下支撐我國經(jīng)濟增長的新動力,其快速發(fā)展對農(nóng)民工既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。服務(wù)業(yè)既給農(nóng)民工提供了充足的務(wù)工崗位,也提供了寬松的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境。本文基于河南農(nóng)民工監(jiān)測調(diào)查個體數(shù)據(jù)利用Probit模型進行分析的結(jié)果表明,服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展會顯著增加農(nóng)民工自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的概率,尤其是批發(fā)零售業(yè)。由于農(nóng)民工務(wù)工領(lǐng)域以勞動密集型的傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)行業(yè)為主,提升職業(yè)層次的難度較大。因此,完善農(nóng)民工就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,加強信息咨詢和技能培訓(xùn),既有助于農(nóng)民工跟上服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展步伐,也有利于促進服務(wù)業(yè)加快發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)雙贏。
[Abstract]:The service industry is the new power to support the economic growth of our country under the new normal, its rapid development is not only the opportunity but also the challenge to the peasant workers. The service industry not only provides migrant workers with sufficient jobs, but also provides a relaxed environment for entrepreneurship. Based on the individual data of monitoring survey of migrant workers in Henan Province, the results of Probit model show that the rapid development of service industry will significantly increase the probability of migrant workers starting their own businesses, especially in the wholesale and retail trade. Because of the labor intensive traditional service industry in the field of migrant workers, it is difficult to upgrade the professional level. Therefore, perfecting the service system of peasant workers' employment, strengthening information consultation and skill training can not only help them keep up with the development of service industry, but also accelerate the development of service industry and realize win-win situation.
