【摘要】：借助Scott組織學分層理論對近10年來我國服務創(chuàng)新研究成果進行了篩選和回顧,并基于對49篇文獻的多角度統(tǒng)計分析,探討了服務創(chuàng)新研究的發(fā)展趨勢.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),組織理論視角下的我國服務創(chuàng)新研究以開放理性視角為主,并呈現(xiàn)從理性到自然、從封閉到開放的發(fā)展路徑.下一步應從自然視角和多主體互動方向加以推進.
[Abstract]:The research results of service innovation in China in the past 10 years were screened and reviewed with the help of Scott histology stratification theory. Based on the statistical analysis of 49 articles, the development trend of service innovation research was discussed. It is found that the research of service innovation in China from the perspective of organizational theory is mainly from the perspective of open rationality, and presents the development path from rationality to nature and from closed to open. The next step should be from the perspective of nature and the direction of multi-subject interaction.
