【摘要】：隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化步伐的加快，現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)已成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主攻方向。明確陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和發(fā)展對策，是提高全省經(jīng)濟水平的前提和基礎(chǔ)。 本文基于國內(nèi)外已有現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)理論的研究成果，對陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了深入、系統(tǒng)的研究，，并提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。首先，從地區(qū)角度對陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行研究，通過建立現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)評價指標(biāo)體系，運用因子分析法對陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平進行綜合評價，得出陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展在全國處于中等偏上水平；在此基礎(chǔ)上，以陜西省十市一區(qū)為考察對象，對陜西省各地區(qū)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的差異及收斂性進行了定量分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)地區(qū)差距較大，且有發(fā)散趨勢，地區(qū)之間發(fā)展極不均衡。其次，從行業(yè)角度對陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行研究，通過對陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)各行業(yè)的動態(tài)偏離份額分析，得出陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢不明顯，總體競爭力能力較弱。最后，基于前面實證研究的結(jié)果，并結(jié)合陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的實際發(fā)展情況及相關(guān)政策，從地區(qū)和行業(yè)兩個角度提出了如何促進陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議。 本文不僅為區(qū)域現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的研究提供了較完整的理論框架，而且為陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展制定了有效的對策。這對于加快陜西省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展，帶動陜西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型與升級，均具有重要的理論及現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrial structure optimization, modern service industry has become the main direction of regional economic development. It is the premise and foundation to improve the economic level of Shaanxi province to make clear the development situation and countermeasures of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province. Based on the research results of relevant theories of modern service industry at home and abroad, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. First of all, the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province is studied from a regional perspective. Through the establishment of evaluation index system of modern service industry, the development level of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province is comprehensively evaluated by using factor analysis method. It is concluded that the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province is at the middle and upper level in the whole country. On this basis, taking ten cities and one district of Shaanxi Province as the object of investigation, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the difference and convergence of the modern service industry in various regions of Shaanxi Province, and finds that the regional disparity of the modern service industry in Shaanxi Province is large and has a divergence trend. The development between regions is extremely uneven. Secondly, this paper studies the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province from the angle of industry. Through the analysis of the dynamic deviation share of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province, it is concluded that the advantages of industrial structure of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province are not obvious. Overall competitiveness is weak. Finally, based on the results of the previous empirical research, combined with the actual development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province and related policies, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the coordinated development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province from the two angles of region and industry. This paper not only provides a complete theoretical framework for the study of the development of regional modern service industry, but also makes effective countermeasures for the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province. This is of great theoretical and practical significance for speeding up the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province and promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province.
