【摘要】：家庭服務(wù)業(yè)是指以家庭為服務(wù)對象,以滿足家庭生活需求為目的,以向家庭提供各類勞務(wù)為內(nèi)容的重要服務(wù)行業(yè),包括社區(qū)服務(wù)、家庭服務(wù)、護(hù)理陪護(hù)和養(yǎng)老服務(wù)等,重點關(guān)注的是家庭生活的質(zhì)量,所解決的是家務(wù)勞動社會化的問題。 本文主要從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論和組織社會學(xué)的權(quán)變理論作為研究的出發(fā)點,研究家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題,通過對問題的分析提出如何優(yōu)化家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境、完善企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高企業(yè)成員的素質(zhì)、引進(jìn)管理人才等方面的建議。為家庭服務(wù)業(yè)向規(guī)模化、規(guī)范化建設(shè)的發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù),使家庭服務(wù)業(yè)的管理者能及時避免問題的發(fā)生,對家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展起到導(dǎo)向作用。 首先,本文對與家庭服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,了解到家庭服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；其次,論文對長春市家庭服務(wù)業(yè)的成員進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)長春市家庭服務(wù)業(yè)存在的問題,從環(huán)境、組織規(guī)模、培訓(xùn)和服務(wù)范圍等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查；再次,總結(jié)長春市家庭服務(wù)業(yè)在發(fā)展中存在的問題,分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因；最后,對長春市家庭服務(wù)行業(yè)規(guī)范化發(fā)展提出建議：第一,加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控為家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)I造適宜環(huán)境,政府職能部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)、分工管理,完善家庭服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)的法律和社會保障體系,保障從業(yè)人員的權(quán)益,要加大財稅政策扶持力度,吸引多方創(chuàng)業(yè)；第二,強(qiáng)化家庭服務(wù)業(yè)自身建設(shè)。要構(gòu)建完善的企業(yè)發(fā)展體系,發(fā)揮管理者的能力,加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)師資的投入,開發(fā)高端市場；最后還要發(fā)揮行業(yè)協(xié)會在家庭服務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展中的監(jiān)管和協(xié)調(diào)作用。
[Abstract]:Family service industry refers to the important service industries which take the family as the object of service, to meet the needs of family life, and to provide various kinds of labor services to the family, including community service, family service, nursing escort and old-age service, etc. Focus on the quality of family life, to solve the problem of socialization of domestic work. Based on the theory of industrial structure and the contingency theory of organizational sociology, this paper studies the problems encountered in the development of the family service industry, and puts forward how to optimize the development environment of the family service industry through the analysis of the problems. Improve the structure of enterprises, improve the quality of enterprise members, the introduction of management personnel and other aspects of advice. It provides a scientific theoretical basis for the development of the family service industry to scale and standardization construction, so that the managers of the family service industry can avoid the problems in time and play a guiding role in the development of the family service industry. Firstly, this paper analyzes the literature related to the family service industry, and finds out the current situation of the family service industry. Secondly, the paper investigates the members of the family service industry in Changchun, and finds out the problems existing in the family service industry in Changchun, from the aspects of environment, organization scale, training and service scope. Thirdly, it summarizes the problems existing in the development of the family service industry in Changchun, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, suggestions are put forward for the standardization development of family service industry in Changchun: first, strengthening macro-control to create a suitable environment for the development of family service industry, government departments should strengthen communication and coordination, division of labor management, Improve the family service industry related laws and social security system, protect the rights and interests of employees, we should increase fiscal and tax policy support, attract more entrepreneurs; Second, strengthen the family service industry self-construction. We should build a perfect enterprise development system, give play to the ability of managers, strengthen the investment of training teachers, and develop the high-end market. Finally, we should give play to the supervision and coordination role of trade associations in the development of family service enterprises.
