【摘要】：本文的研究主體天地偉業(yè)公司從事的業(yè)務流程外包行業(yè)是一種能夠幫助企業(yè)將內部資源與外部資源有效整合,從而達到充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)核心競爭力、增強對市場環(huán)境的應變能力的產業(yè)模式。由于這種產業(yè)模式的優(yōu)越性日趨明顯,已經被越來越多的企業(yè)關注和采用,所以從事業(yè)務流程外包業(yè)務的企業(yè)如雨后春筍般陡然增多。天地偉業(yè)公司雖然在大連本地屬于第一梯隊的業(yè)務流程外包業(yè)務運營公司,但同樣面臨著來自外資老牌和本地新秀同行企業(yè)的競爭。 正是如此,天地偉業(yè)公司企業(yè)在發(fā)展規(guī)模的拓展問題,新項目如何引進,已有項目如何深度開發(fā),合作伙伴關系如何建立和維持等方面都進入了一個瓶頸階段,使整個企業(yè)陷入了一個僵局,無法有更進一步的發(fā)展。 因此本文全面運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、營銷管理、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化以及項目管理等方面的理論,采用系統(tǒng)的方法、定性和定量相結合的分析方法,在參閱大量國內外文獻的基礎上,對天地偉業(yè)公司在業(yè)務流程外包行業(yè)中的成長路徑、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了整理,通過對天地偉業(yè)公司的內外部環(huán)境的詳盡的分析,深入地探究了天地偉業(yè)公司在業(yè)務流程外包行業(yè)中發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,包括項目管理戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略合作發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等。 同時,本論文的研究內容對于從事業(yè)務流程外包業(yè)務的企業(yè)具有普遍的指導作用,對于非業(yè)務流程外包企業(yè)加速自己的外包進程以提高自身的競爭力也具有廣泛的應用價值。
[Abstract]:The main body of this paper is the business process outsourcing industry, which can help enterprises to integrate internal and external resources effectively, so as to give full play to the core competitiveness of enterprises. An industrial model that enhances the ability to adapt to the market environment. Because the superiority of this industrial model is becoming more and more obvious, it has been paid more and more attention to and adopted by more and more enterprises, so the number of enterprises engaged in the business process outsourcing business has risen sharply. Although Tiandi Weiye Company in Dalian belongs to the first echelon of the business process outsourcing business operation company, but also faces from the foreign capital veteran and the local rookie peer enterprises competition. Just like this, Tiandi Weiye's enterprises have entered a bottleneck stage in terms of the expansion of development scale, how to introduce new projects, how to develop existing projects in depth, how to establish and maintain partnerships, etc. Put the whole enterprise into a deadlock, no further development. Therefore, this paper makes full use of the theories of enterprise strategy, marketing management, human resource management, corporate culture and project management, and adopts systematic method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the growth path and development status of Tiandi Weiye Company in the business process outsourcing industry, through the detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Tiandi Weiye Company. This paper probes into the development strategy of Tiandi Weiye Company in the business process outsourcing industry, including the project management strategy, the enterprise development scale strategy, the enterprise strategic cooperation development strategy and so on. At the same time, the research content of this paper has a general guiding role for enterprises engaged in business process outsourcing, and has extensive application value for non-business process outsourcing enterprises to accelerate their own outsourcing process to improve their own competitiveness.
