【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，旅游業(yè)也隨之蓬勃興旺。人民生活水平的不斷提高，外出旅游的需求越來(lái)越高；國(guó)際商務(wù)、經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)日益頻繁以及國(guó)際游客人數(shù)的增加，促使我國(guó)酒店業(yè)也得到了快速發(fā)展。成都市作為我國(guó)西部的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和文化中心，擁有雄厚的旅游資源，旅游業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)。星級(jí)酒店作為住宿接待設(shè)施的一部分也為成都的發(fā)展做出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。探究成都市星級(jí)酒店的空間分布規(guī)律，對(duì)成都市的發(fā)展、商業(yè)用地的規(guī)劃布局具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。 本文以成都市一星至五星級(jí)酒店（2012年11月由成都市旅游政務(wù)網(wǎng)發(fā)布）為研究對(duì)象，在ArcGIS和SPSS的技術(shù)支撐下，分別分析了成都市星級(jí)酒店空間分布特點(diǎn)以及影響因素分析。文章的主要結(jié)論有以下幾點(diǎn)： （1）在星級(jí)飯店空間布局特征分析方面：本文運(yùn)用最鄰近距離分析方法，揭示了成都市星級(jí)酒店空間分布特點(diǎn)：①成都市星級(jí)酒店整體的分布以五主城區(qū)數(shù)量最多，周?chē)鷧^(qū)、縣、市以都江堰市為最多。②五主城區(qū)中的星級(jí)酒店整體呈現(xiàn)集中分布；各星級(jí)酒店也呈現(xiàn)集中分布，表現(xiàn)出以天府廣場(chǎng)為核心分布，高星級(jí)酒店在內(nèi)圈，中低星級(jí)酒店逐漸向外滲透；且在商業(yè)區(qū)、交通要道、會(huì)展區(qū)附近分布集中，且在總數(shù)中占了較大比例，，此外還受產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)影響； （2）在影響星級(jí)酒店空間分布因子分析方面：結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)酒店空間布局影響因素的研究以及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料的可獲得性確定了影響星級(jí)飯店空間布局因子，根據(jù)1995-2011年（1998、2000、2002、2003年缺失）成都市的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)選定的變量因子進(jìn)行多元逐步回歸分析，回歸模型顯示年固定資產(chǎn)投資總額、出租車(chē)數(shù)量以及人口數(shù)量是影響成都市星級(jí)酒店空間分布的主要因素； （3）在系統(tǒng)分析成都市星級(jí)酒店空間分布特征及影響因子的基礎(chǔ)上，本文還提出了相應(yīng)的空間優(yōu)化的建議：①加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控，引導(dǎo)城市各區(qū)星級(jí)酒店的合理布局；②優(yōu)化市內(nèi)交通要道星級(jí)酒店布局；③繼續(xù)推進(jìn)城市綠化、休閑游憩設(shè)施的建設(shè)；④與城市規(guī)劃和城市旅游規(guī)劃同步。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, tourism is booming. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for traveling is becoming higher and higher, and the international business, economic and trade exchanges and the increase of the number of international tourists have promoted the rapid development of the hotel industry in our country. As the economic, political and cultural center of western China, Chengdu has abundant tourism resources and developed tourism. Star-rated hotels as part of the accommodation reception facilities also contributed to the development of Chengdu. It is of great practical and theoretical significance to probe into the spatial distribution law of star hotels in Chengdu, which is of great practical and theoretical significance to the development of Chengdu and the planning and layout of commercial land. In this paper, one star to five star hotels in Chengdu (issued by Chengdu Tourism Government Network in November 2012) are taken as the research object. Under the technical support of ArcGIS and SPSS, the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of star hotels in Chengdu are analyzed respectively. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: (1) in the space layout characteristics analysis of star hotels: this paper uses the nearest distance analysis method, The spatial distribution characteristics of star hotels in Chengdu are revealed as follows: (1) the total distribution of star hotels in Chengdu is the most in the five main urban areas, with the largest number in the surrounding areas, counties and cities in Dujiangyan, and the overall distribution of star hotels in the five main urban areas is concentrated; Each star hotel also presents concentrated distribution, showing the Tianfu Square as the core distribution, high star hotels inside the circle, medium and low star hotels gradually permeate the outside; And in the commercial district, the traffic road, will exhibition area near the distribution concentrated, and accounted for a large proportion of the total, in addition to the effect of industrial agglomeration; (2) in the aspect of spatial distribution factor analysis of star hotels: combined with the research on the influencing factors of hotel space layout and the availability of relevant data, this paper determines the spatial layout factors of star hotels. Based on the statistical data of Chengdu from 1995 to 2011 (1998 / 2000 / 2002, 2003 missing), the multivariate stepwise regression analysis of the selected variable factors was carried out, and the regression model showed the total fixed asset investment per year. The number of taxis and the population are the main factors that affect the spatial distribution of the star hotels in Chengdu. (3) based on the systematic analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the star hotels in Chengdu, this paper also puts forward the corresponding suggestions of space optimization: (1) strengthening the macro-control to guide the rational layout of the star hotels in all parts of the city; (2) optimizing the star hotel layout of urban transportation routes; (3) continuing to promote the construction of urban greening and recreational facilities; (4) synchronizing with urban planning and urban tourism planning.
