教育投資對我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響的研究

【摘要】:教育投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有確定的促進(jìn)作用,但是在不同的國家或地區(qū),在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不同時(shí)期或階段,在不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)中,教育投資的影響是有差別的。針對教育投資在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的影響問題,本文以第三產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象研究教育投資對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響并進(jìn)行實(shí)證性分析。 文章主要分為四大部分。首先,文章系統(tǒng)回顧和評析了國內(nèi)外教育投資相關(guān)理論,并對教育投資與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系作定性探討,為其后的定量分析奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,文章對教育投資與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀加以分析,得出教育投資與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題。再次,本文基于協(xié)整理論,利用我國1978-2009年間的數(shù)據(jù)估算了我國教育投資對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。結(jié)果表明:從長期來看,教育投資對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,這種促進(jìn)作用存在滯后期。國家財(cái)政用于教育的支出每增長1%,國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長1.185%,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增長1.216%,它們的滯后期都是10年。但從短期來看,教育投資對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響是不顯著的。最后,在對前面現(xiàn)狀分析和實(shí)證分析進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出如何提高第三產(chǎn)業(yè)教育投資水平的政策建議。 本文在研究方法上,不僅從定量角度分析教育投資對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,而且從定性的角度,運(yùn)用協(xié)整理論分析了教育投資在長期和短期對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。我國學(xué)者們在研究教育投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)時(shí),更多的是從全國和區(qū)域的角度去考慮,很少從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度考慮,而本文在研究此問題時(shí),是將第三產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對象,這樣就使得研究更有針對性。 本論文共有圖10幅,表14個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)43篇。
[Abstract]:Education investment has definite promoting effect on economic development, but the influence of education investment is different in different countries or regions, in different periods or stages of economic development and in different industries. In view of the influence of education investment in economic development, this paper studies the impact of education investment on the development of tertiary industry and carries on the empirical analysis with the tertiary industry as the research object. The article is divided into four parts. First of all, the article systematically reviews and comments on the relevant theories of education investment at home and abroad, and makes a qualitative discussion on the relationship between education investment and the development of the tertiary industry, thus laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent quantitative analysis. Secondly, the article analyzes the current situation of education investment and tertiary industry, and draws the problems in the development of education investment and tertiary industry. Thirdly, based on the theory of cointegration, this paper estimates the influence of China's education investment on the development of the tertiary industry by using the data from 1978 to 2009. The results show that, in the long run, education investment plays a significant role in promoting the tertiary industries, which has a delayed effect. For every 1 percent increase in state spending on education, gross domestic product growth of 1.185 percent, tertiary industry growth of 1.216 percent, their lag is 10 years. However, in the short-term, the impact of education investment on the tertiary industry is not significant. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the investment level of tertiary industry education. This paper not only analyzes the influence of education investment on the development of tertiary industry from the perspective of quantitative analysis, but also analyzes the impact of education investment on the development of tertiary industry in the long and short term by means of cointegration theory from a qualitative point of view. When Chinese scholars study the contribution of education investment to economic growth, they think more from the national and regional perspectives, and rarely from the industrial point of view. In this paper, the tertiary industry is regarded as the research object. This makes the research more targeted. There are 10 pictures, 14 tables and 43 references in this paper.
