【摘要】：隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，科技不斷得以進(jìn)步，推進(jìn)了社會(huì)的前行。當(dāng)前，世界正從勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)逐步轉(zhuǎn)向知識(shí)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變，使得知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)成為當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)。對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究，設(shè)計(jì)出有利于知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策體系，建構(gòu)可以使知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)政策體系順暢運(yùn)行的知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)保障體系。提升知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)能級(jí)，帶動(dòng)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，從而提高我國(guó)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合知識(shí)擴(kuò)散理論歸，，納知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)因，并分析知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)；分析知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程，確定知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素；提出知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)政策體系的作用機(jī)理及目標(biāo)，設(shè)計(jì)出知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展政策體系；結(jié)合知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展政策體系，構(gòu)建知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展政策的保障體系。本文的研究，豐富了有關(guān)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的政策體系，有利于政府對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行政策支持，為政府提出促進(jìn)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展建議。構(gòu)建知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)保障體系，為知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)政策體系更好的實(shí)施做好有力的后盾。增強(qiáng)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)和帶動(dòng)性，知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新，提高我國(guó)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, science and technology have made progress and advanced the society. At present, the world is gradually changing from labor-intensive industry to knowledge-intensive industry, which makes knowledge-intensive service industry become the hot spot of economic development. This paper studies the knowledge-intensive service industry, designs the policy system that is beneficial to the development of the knowledge-intensive service industry, and constructs the knowledge-intensive service industry guarantee system which can make the knowledge-intensive service industry policy system run smoothly. Promote the level of knowledge intensive service industry, promote the innovation and development of other industries, thus improve our international competitiveness. On the basis of the development of knowledge intensive service industry at home and abroad, this paper combines the theory of knowledge diffusion with the motivation of knowledge intensive service industry, and analyzes the present situation and trend of the development of knowledge intensive service industry. This paper analyzes the development process of knowledge-intensive service industry, determines the influencing factors of the development of knowledge-intensive service industry, puts forward the working mechanism and goal of the policy system of knowledge-intensive service industry, and designs a policy system for the development of knowledge-intensive service industry. Combined with the development policy system of knowledge intensive service industry, the guarantee system of the development policy of knowledge intensive service industry is constructed. The research in this paper enriches the theoretical basis of knowledge-intensive service industry. Designing the policy system of knowledge-intensive service industry is helpful for the government to support the development of knowledge-intensive service industry, and to put forward suggestions for the government to promote the development of knowledge-intensive service industry. Build a knowledge-intensive service security system, for the better implementation of the knowledge-intensive service industry policy system. The development of knowledge-intensive service industry promotes the innovation of other industries and improves the international competitiveness of our country.
