網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力與KIBS創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)重心逐漸向服務(wù)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移,我國(guó)也越來(lái)越關(guān)注服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。近年來(lái),服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)于我國(guó)GDP的貢獻(xiàn)逐年提升,其中知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)是服務(wù)業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,它的發(fā)展對(duì)于我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)及其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展起著重要的推動(dòng)作用,F(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)資料顯示知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展的根本在于知識(shí),知識(shí)來(lái)源于創(chuàng)新,而創(chuàng)新就必然要求企業(yè)能夠最大限度地發(fā)揮企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的力量以充分調(diào)配企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的提升。知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)與其他非知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)在不同的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系中相互促進(jìn)、共同發(fā)展,因此這類企業(yè)應(yīng)注重建立合適的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)不斷提升自身的知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力;未來(lái)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)的發(fā)展將越來(lái)越取決于其網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系能力及其知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力。以往很多學(xué)者從網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的角度研究企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效,而本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性的角度來(lái)探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系,本研究對(duì)于我國(guó)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)及其整個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 本文把知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效結(jié)合起來(lái),首先構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的理論關(guān)系模型。其次運(yùn)用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、實(shí)證研究等方法得出以下結(jié)論:(1)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性的程度中心性和中介中心性均與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而親近中心性與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的正向關(guān)系并不顯著;(2)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(3)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響中起重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了本文的研究成果及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):把網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力與知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效三者結(jié)合起來(lái),其中將知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力作為調(diào)節(jié)變量;同時(shí)還指出了本研究的局限性并為后續(xù)研究指明了方向。
[Abstract]:With the shift of the world economic center to the service industry, China is paying more and more attention to the development of the service industry. In recent years, the contribution of service industry to China's GDP has been increasing year by year, among which the knowledge-intensive service industry is an important part of the service industry, and its development plays an important role in promoting the development of our country's service industry and other industries. The existing literature shows that knowledge is fundamental to the development of knowledge-intensive service enterprises, and knowledge comes from innovation. Innovation will inevitably require enterprises to maximize the power of the enterprise network in order to fully allocate internal and external resources and ultimately achieve the improvement of enterprise innovation performance. Knowledge-intensive service enterprises and other non-knowledge-intensive service enterprises promote each other and develop together in different social network relationships. Therefore, such enterprises should pay attention to the establishment of appropriate network structure. At the same time, constantly improve their knowledge innovation ability; In the future, the development of knowledge-intensive service enterprises will depend more and more on their ability of network relationship and knowledge innovation. In the past, many scholars studied the performance of enterprise innovation from the angle of network relationship, but this paper discussed the relationship between network centrality, knowledge innovation ability and innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises from the angle of network centrality. This research has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of our country's knowledge-intensive service enterprises and their whole industry. This paper takes the knowledge innovation ability as the adjustment variable, combines the network centrality, the knowledge innovation ability and the knowledge intensive service enterprise innovation performance, first constructs the network centrality. The theoretical relationship model between knowledge innovation ability and innovation performance of knowledge intensive service enterprises. Secondly, using social network analysis method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics analysis, Empirical research and other methods draw the following conclusions: (1) the degree of centrality of network centrality and intermediary centrality have significant positive correlation with the innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises. However, the positive relationship between closeness and innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises is not significant. (2) there is a significant positive correlation between knowledge innovation ability and innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises, and (3) knowledge innovation ability plays an important role in regulating the influence of network centrality on the innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises. Finally, the paper systematically summarizes the research results and innovation points of this paper: combining network centrality, knowledge innovation ability and innovation performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises, in which knowledge innovation ability is taken as adjustment variable; At the same time, the limitations of this study are pointed out and the direction for further research is pointed out.
