【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的功能日益凸顯,其規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)也日益完善。但依然存在諸多問題,如規(guī)模較小、人力資源水平較低、與農(nóng)業(yè)鏈接不夠緊密、國際服務(wù)供給不足等。本文以山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的政策環(huán)境、就業(yè)與對經(jīng)濟的影響、與其他行業(yè)發(fā)展比較、自身發(fā)展速度為基點,分為12項指標,利用熵權(quán)法、模糊分析法,綜合分析該行業(yè)的發(fā)展水平及影響發(fā)展因素,并針對存在的問題提出如何有效解決規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、國際市場、鏈接農(nóng)業(yè)等問題,以期能為山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)健康、持續(xù)、科學地發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry and agriculture, the function of producer service is becoming more and more prominent, and its scale and structure are becoming more and more perfect. However, there are still many problems, such as small scale, low level of human resources, insufficient links with agriculture, insufficient supply of international services and so on. Based on the policy environment, employment and economic impact of producer services in Shandong Province, and comparing with the development of other industries, this paper is divided into 12 indicators, using entropy weight method and fuzzy analysis method. This paper comprehensively analyzes the development level of this industry and its influencing factors, and puts forward how to effectively solve the problems of scale, structure, international market and linked agriculture in order to keep the producer service industry in Shandong Province healthy and sustainable. Scientific development provides a theoretical basis.
