【摘要】：本論文主要剖析了廣東省月嫂服務(wù)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)并分析了廣東省月嫂服務(wù)業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了相對(duì)應(yīng)的分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出自己的觀點(diǎn)和相應(yīng)對(duì)策和建議。研究結(jié)果表明,促進(jìn)月嫂服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)需要,增加農(nóng)村婦女就業(yè)新途徑以及促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有重要的推動(dòng)作用,特別是對(duì)于廣東省這樣一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá),月嫂服務(wù)需求量相對(duì)較多的省份,發(fā)展月嫂服務(wù)業(yè)的意義更為重要。研究表明,月嫂服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要有良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境,制度環(huán)境以及教育環(huán)境等作為支持,而這些條件需要得到政府和相關(guān)部門(mén)的主動(dòng)作為。 研究表明,政府和家政服務(wù)監(jiān)督部門(mén)在促進(jìn)和規(guī)范月嫂服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,同時(shí)也是月嫂服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的必要保障。對(duì)于廣東省而言,政府部門(mén)應(yīng)規(guī)范好市場(chǎng)秩序,強(qiáng)化行業(yè)行為,使月嫂服務(wù)行業(yè)正規(guī)化,社會(huì)化；月嫂服務(wù)行業(yè)監(jiān)督部門(mén)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)行業(yè)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā),豐富服務(wù)內(nèi)涵,提供行業(yè)相關(guān)素質(zhì)教育培訓(xùn),提高服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of Yuesao service industry in Guangdong Province, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the service industry of Yuesao in Guangdong Province, and makes a corresponding analysis on the existing problems. On this basis, put forward their own views and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that promoting the development of Yuesao service industry plays an important role in meeting the market needs of social development, increasing new ways of employment for rural women, and promoting the upgrading of the internal structure of the service industry. Especially for a province such as Guangdong Province, where the economy is relatively developed and the demand for Yuesao services is relatively high, it is more important to develop the Yuesao service industry. The research shows that the development of Yuesao service industry needs to be supported by good social environment, institutional environment and educational environment, and these conditions need to be actively acted by the government and relevant departments. The research shows that the government and the supervision department of domestic service play an irreplaceable role in the process of promoting and standardizing the development of the Yuesao service industry, and are also the necessary guarantee for the development of the Yuesao service industry. For Guangdong Province, government departments should standardize the market order, strengthen the behavior of the industry, and make the service industry regularized and socialized. The supervision department of Yuesao service industry should strengthen the technical development of the industry, enrich the service connotation, provide relevant quality education and training in the industry, and improve the service level.
