網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對(duì)知識(shí)型服務(wù)業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)型服務(wù)業(yè)占國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的比重是衡量一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要指數(shù)。提高知識(shí)型服務(wù)業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力能夠更好的發(fā)揮其在創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中的知識(shí)橋梁作用。從現(xiàn)有研究來看,從微觀角度對(duì)知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)如何提升自身服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的研究較少,本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和能力要素的角度研究提升知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,具有較強(qiáng)的理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 由于缺乏創(chuàng)新所需的資源而導(dǎo)致許多知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力較低。企業(yè)自身的資源已不能滿足服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的需求,越來越多的企業(yè)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)從外部獲取關(guān)鍵性的外部資源,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為研究服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的新興路徑。如何獲取組織間流動(dòng)的外部知識(shí)是研究企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的焦點(diǎn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以傳播不同類型的知識(shí),經(jīng)由網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲得知識(shí)要點(diǎn)重新結(jié)合起來而產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)新,增加創(chuàng)新收益。服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵、要素構(gòu)成以及如何評(píng)價(jià)?網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系是否有助于提高KIBS企業(yè)的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力?網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系是否直接提高創(chuàng)新績(jī)效?服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系?本文針對(duì)“網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新”這一研究主題,闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對(duì)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新影響的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,提出知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系建設(shè)來提升服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力,進(jìn)而提高創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。本研究主要取得如下研究成果: (1)本研究以知識(shí)型服務(wù)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,深入分析了服務(wù)創(chuàng)新以及服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵,探討了服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的構(gòu)成要素,從創(chuàng)新的研發(fā)能力、創(chuàng)新的營(yíng)銷能力、服務(wù)的實(shí)施能力、組織學(xué)習(xí)和成長(zhǎng)能力以及組織和管理能力五個(gè)角度來評(píng)價(jià)知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力,并運(yùn)用模糊評(píng)級(jí)法對(duì)知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。此結(jié)論一方面豐富了服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論,另一方面為知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力提供了評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù)。 (2)本研究從網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的視角探討了提高服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對(duì)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力影響的概念模型。在對(duì)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系理論和知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移理論進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的結(jié)構(gòu)假設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系假設(shè)、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系假設(shè)。采用實(shí)證研究方法,對(duì)研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 (3)本研究通過問卷調(diào)查研究方法收集樣本數(shù)據(jù),利用方差分析、因子分析、相關(guān)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具驗(yàn)證了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的的影響;成功探索了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效間的路徑關(guān)系。從而為我國知識(shí)型服務(wù)企業(yè)提升服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)而提高服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效提供了具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義的參考框架。
[Abstract]:The proportion of knowledge service industry in national economy is an important index to measure a country's economic development level. Improving the service innovation ability of knowledge service industry can play a better role of knowledge bridge in innovation system. From the point of view of the existing research, there is little research on how to improve the service innovation ability of knowledge service enterprises from the micro perspective. This paper studies the internal mechanism of improving the service innovation ability of knowledge service enterprises from the angle of network relationship and capability elements. It has strong theoretical and practical significance. Due to the lack of resources for innovation, many knowledge-based service enterprises have low ability of service innovation. The enterprise's own resources can not meet the demand of service innovation. More and more enterprises use the network to obtain the key external resources from the outside. Enterprise network has become a new way to research service innovation. How to obtain the external knowledge of the flow between organizations is the focus of the study of enterprise networks. The network can spread different types of knowledge and recombine the key points of knowledge through the network to produce innovation and increase innovation income. The connotation of service innovation ability, the composition of elements and how to evaluate it? Does the network relationship help to improve the service innovation ability of the KIBS enterprise? Does network relationship directly improve innovation performance? The relationship between service innovation ability and service innovation performance? In view of the research theme of "network relationship and service innovation", this paper expounds the internal mechanism of the influence of network relationship on service innovation, and points out that knowledge service enterprises can improve service innovation ability through the construction of network relationship. And then improve the performance of innovation. The main achievements of this study are as follows: (1) this study takes the knowledge-based service industry as the research object, deeply analyzes the connotation of service innovation and service innovation ability, and discusses the constituent elements of service innovation ability. This paper evaluates the service innovation ability of knowledge-based service enterprises from five aspects: innovative R & D capability, innovative marketing ability, service implementation ability, organizational learning and growth ability, and organizational and managerial ability. And the fuzzy rating method is used to evaluate the service innovation ability of knowledge service enterprises. On the one hand, it enriches the theory of service innovation, on the other hand, it provides the evaluation basis for the evaluation of service innovation ability of knowledge-based service enterprises. (2) this study discusses the internal mechanism of improving service innovation ability and service innovation performance from the perspective of network relationship, and constructs a conceptual model of the influence of network relationship on service innovation ability. On the basis of summarizing service innovation theory, network relation theory and knowledge transfer theory, this paper puts forward the structure hypothesis of network relationship and service innovation ability, the relationship hypothesis between network relation and service innovation ability, and the relationship hypothesis between network relation and service innovation ability. The hypothesis of the relationship between knowledge transfer and service innovation ability. The empirical research method is used to verify the hypothesis of the research. (3) this study collected sample data by questionnaire survey, and verified the network relationship and knowledge transfer by means of variance analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. The internal mechanism of service innovation capability on service innovation performance, and the effect of network relationship and knowledge transfer on service innovation ability; The relationship between network relationship, knowledge transfer, service innovation ability and service innovation performance is explored successfully. Thus, it provides a practical and instructive frame for our country's knowledge-based service enterprises to enhance their service innovation ability and improve their service innovation performance.
