成都服務(wù)外包企業(yè)競爭力現(xiàn)狀及影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和信息化的發(fā)展,服務(wù)外包逐漸成為跨國公司應(yīng)對經(jīng)營和競爭環(huán)境變化的一種有效戰(zhàn)略選擇。通過服務(wù)外包這種新型的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略管理模式,企業(yè)可以充分利用全球資源,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高效率,將其非核心業(yè)務(wù)外包出去,集中力量發(fā)展其核心競爭力,最終實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的利益最大化;因此越來越多的企業(yè)都采取戰(zhàn)略來發(fā)展自己。越來越多的企業(yè)走外包之路,為承接外包的企業(yè)、城市、國家創(chuàng)造了機(jī)會。與此同時由于服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的有機(jī)組成部分,具有資源低消耗、清潔安全、大的經(jīng)濟(jì)附加值、吸納勞動力多、高信息技術(shù)承載度等特點,成都市政府將其確立為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),是一種新的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新增長點。面對這種情況,研究成都服務(wù)外包企業(yè)(本文中的服務(wù)外包企業(yè)指的是服務(wù)外包承接企業(yè))的發(fā)展是一項具有重要現(xiàn)實意義的課題。 本論文關(guān)注成都服務(wù)外包企業(yè)獲得競爭力的影響因素及各因素對競爭力的影響程度;通過DEMATEL方法對各因素進(jìn)行定量分析,得出如下結(jié)論:顧客關(guān)系維護(hù)、市場開拓能力、承接渠道和網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、企業(yè)的品牌信譽(yù)、融資能力和核心技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力在內(nèi)的企業(yè)自身具有的能力和資源是對成都服務(wù)外包企業(yè)競爭力起主要作用的因素;為此我們可以從以上因素著手采取相應(yīng)的措施不斷提升企業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration and information technology, service outsourcing has gradually become an effective strategic choice for multinational companies to cope with the changes in the operating and competitive environment. Through the new management mode of service outsourcing, enterprises can make full use of global resources, reduce production costs, improve efficiency, outsource their non-core business, and concentrate on developing their core competitiveness. Finally, to maximize the interests of the enterprise; As a result, more and more enterprises are taking strategies to develop themselves. More and more enterprises take the road of outsourcing, which creates opportunities for enterprises, cities and countries to undertake outsourcing. At the same time, as the service outsourcing industry is an organic part of modern service industry, it has the characteristics of low consumption of resources, clean and safe, large economic added value, absorption of labor force, high bearing capacity of information technology, etc. Chengdu government established it as a new strategic emerging industry, which is a new producer service industry and a new growth point of economic development. In the face of this situation, it is of great practical significance to study the development of service outsourcing enterprises in Chengdu (the service outsourcing enterprises in this paper refer to service outsourcing enterprises). This paper focuses on the factors affecting the competitiveness of Chengdu service outsourcing enterprises and the degree of influence of each factor on the competitiveness. Through quantitative analysis of various factors by DEMATEL method, the following conclusions are drawn: customer relationship maintenance, market development ability, undertaking channel and network structure, brand reputation of enterprise, The ability and resources of enterprises, including financing ability and core technological innovation ability, are the main factors that play an important role in the competitiveness of Chengdu service outsourcing enterprises. To this end, we can proceed from the above factors to take appropriate measures to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
