承接國際外包、價值鏈升級與我國高技能勞動力就業(yè)——基于工業(yè)行業(yè)的面板門檻模型
[Abstract]:From the perspective of developing countries, this paper constructs a theoretical model to examine the impact mechanism of international outsourcing and value chain upgrading on the employment of China's highly skilled labor force. Using the data of China Economic Census Yearbook and panel threshold model, this paper empirically examines the impact of undertaking international outsourcing activities on the employment of highly skilled labor force in China's industrial sector. The results show that the different links of global value chain outsourcing and the substitution elasticity of high and low skill labor force have an important impact on the employment of high skilled labor force in China. The empirical results show that there is a panel threshold effect. When the international outsourcing sector in China is lower than or close to the factor endowment structure of our country, undertaking international outsourcing has a negative impact on the employment of China's highly skilled labor force. When the undertaking of international outsourcing is obviously higher than that of our country's factor endowment structure, undertaking international outsourcing has a significant positive effect. In the long run, it is an important measure to promote the employment effect of the highly skilled labor force in our country by further improving the structure of factor endowment and breaking down the obstacles of restricting the labor flow.
