【摘要】：文章在回顧近年來企業(yè)生態(tài)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)生態(tài)的內(nèi)涵;從現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的生態(tài)環(huán)境和三個(gè)主要參與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)活動(dòng)的主體出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地分析了影響現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的生態(tài)因素及各生態(tài)因素之間的關(guān)系;借助DEMATEL方法揭示了各生態(tài)因素之間的綜合影響程度及其影響現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的原因度和中心度,明晰了國家對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的資金投入、服務(wù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部組織層級(jí)的復(fù)雜程度、服務(wù)企業(yè)激勵(lì)員工的機(jī)制、完善的信用保障制度等是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素;指明了政策法規(guī)環(huán)境是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),服務(wù)企業(yè)是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的核心,為促進(jìn)國內(nèi)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供了科學(xué)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the research on the development of enterprise ecology and modern service industry in recent years, this paper defines the connotation of modern service industry ecology, starting from the ecological environment of modern service industry and the three main bodies involved in modern service industry activities. This paper systematically analyzes the ecological factors affecting the development of modern service industry and the relationship between the ecological factors, and reveals the comprehensive influence degree among the ecological factors and the cause and center degree of the influence on the development of modern service industry by means of DEMATEL method. The key factors of the development of modern service industry are the national capital investment in modern service industry, the complexity of internal organization level of service enterprises, the mechanism of encouraging employees, the perfect credit guarantee system and so on. It is pointed out that the policy and regulation environment is the basis of the development of modern service industry, and the service enterprise is the core of the development of modern service industry, which provides a scientific basis for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the domestic modern service industry.
