【摘要】：商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)是我國(guó)《中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展十二五規(guī)劃綱要》中強(qiáng)調(diào)的需要重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的行業(yè),在實(shí)際的市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)中也呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),但在高速增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),其自身也暴露出瓶頸與弊端。而在信息時(shí)代,商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展也表現(xiàn)出新的特點(diǎn)、新的模式、新的問(wèn)題。因而有必要對(duì)商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的興起、作用、問(wèn)題等進(jìn)行分析,找出其中的規(guī)律,為發(fā)展指明方向。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面： 1.綜合分析商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和行業(yè)環(huán)境。商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的興起源于專業(yè)化分工帶來(lái)的“外包”,新技術(shù)、新理念的投入又孕育出現(xiàn)代商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè),其行業(yè)內(nèi)部聯(lián)系以及同其他行業(yè)的交互也日益細(xì)化、深化,在整個(gè)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中,現(xiàn)代商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)也明顯高于行業(yè)平均水平。 2.利用投入產(chǎn)出模型,研究現(xiàn)代商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的作用。通過(guò)近幾年的大力發(fā)展,商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中比重也在逐年提高,以投入產(chǎn)出模型的方式對(duì)其在整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的拉動(dòng)、支撐作用進(jìn)行分析,可以看出現(xiàn)代商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)以其高效配置社會(huì)資源,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的功能,成為推動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)部門。 3.總結(jié)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,為政策制定及發(fā)展策略提供建議。受限于市場(chǎng)的不完善同現(xiàn)代商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)自身的缺陷,考慮行業(yè)整體在軟、硬性環(huán)境中表現(xiàn)及新技術(shù)融入所帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題,就擴(kuò)大行業(yè)規(guī)模、規(guī)范市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作、推動(dòng)深層發(fā)展等幾個(gè)方面給出改革建議。 總之,本文試圖在現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)資料、前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從發(fā)展歷程、基本范疇、對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響幾個(gè)方面理出一條思路,供大家參考。
[Abstract]:The business service industry is an industry that needs to be developed in the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan for China's National economy and Social Development. It also shows a good trend of development in the actual market performance, but at the same time it is growing at a high speed. Its own also exposes the bottleneck and the malpractice. In the information age, the development of business services also shows new characteristics, new models, new problems. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the rise, function and problems of the business service industry, find out the rules, and point out the direction for the development. The research mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Comprehensive analysis of the development of business services and industry environment. The rise of the business service industry originates from the "outsourcing" brought by the specialized division of labor, and the investment of new technology and new idea gives birth to the modern business service industry, and the relationship within the industry and the interaction with other industries are increasingly refined and deepened. In the overall tertiary industry, the growth of modern business services is also significantly higher than the industry average. 2. 5%. By using the input-output model, this paper studies the role of modern business service industry in the national economy. Through the vigorous development in recent years, the proportion of the business service industry in the national economy is also increasing year by year. The pull and support function of the business service industry in the whole economy is analyzed by the input-output model. It can be seen that modern business service industry, with its function of efficiently allocating social resources and improving the overall competitiveness of industry, has become an important economic sector that promotes the transformation of economic growth model and the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. Summarize the problems in development and provide suggestions for policy making and development strategy. Limited by the imperfection of the market and the defects of the modern business service industry itself, considering the problems caused by the overall performance of the industry in a soft and hard environment and the integration of new technologies, the scale of the industry is expanded and the operation of the market is standardized. To promote deep development and other aspects of the proposed reform. In a word, based on the existing literature and previous studies, this paper tries to draw a thought from the development course, the basic category and the influence on the national economy for your reference.
