【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會(huì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化和特色現(xiàn)代化的加快推進(jìn),人們的生活水平和品質(zhì)不斷提高,在滿(mǎn)足了一定物質(zhì)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,逐漸增加了對(duì)家庭服務(wù)的需求。在我國(guó)目前勞動(dòng)力供求發(fā)展不平衡、人口老齡化加速、下崗失業(yè)人員和農(nóng)村富余勞動(dòng)力增多的背景下,家庭服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了促進(jìn)就業(yè)、拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需和增進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要力量。 近些年,家庭服務(wù)業(yè)在第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)了日益重要的地位,其發(fā)展也引起了國(guó)家和各地方的高度重視。本文通過(guò)對(duì)家庭服務(wù)業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,總結(jié)了我國(guó)家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的幾個(gè)重要階段、目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、主要特征和存在的問(wèn)題,列舉了一些主要的改善和促進(jìn)家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的舉措。 為了更好地幫助促進(jìn)呼和浩特家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,通過(guò)調(diào)研,統(tǒng)計(jì)和研究,論文總結(jié)了呼和浩特家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展目前存在的主要問(wèn)題,并提出了“呼和浩特全民家庭服務(wù)工程”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和策略,對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和專(zhuān)業(yè)化的行業(yè)運(yùn)行環(huán)節(jié)制定了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和闡述,并設(shè)計(jì)了監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)對(duì)服務(wù)工程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和管理。通過(guò)理論研究和分析,整體策略能夠適用于現(xiàn)實(shí)情況和未來(lái)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,幫助解決呼和浩特及家庭服務(wù)業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,有效改善服務(wù)品質(zhì)和促進(jìn)家庭服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new urbanization and characteristic modernization, people's living standard and quality have been improved constantly. On the basis of satisfying certain material demand, the demand for family service has been gradually increased. Under the background of the unbalanced development of labor force supply and demand, the accelerated aging of population, the increase of laid-off and unemployed workers and the increase of rural surplus labor force, the family service industry has become an important force to promote employment, stimulate domestic demand and promote social stability. In recent years, the family service industry has occupied an increasingly important position in the tertiary industry, and its development has also aroused great attention of the country and various places. Through the study and research on the family service industry, this paper summarizes several important stages of the development of the family service industry in China, the present development situation, the main characteristics and the existing problems. Some major measures to improve and promote the development of family services are listed. In order to help promote the development of household service industry in Hohhot, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the development of household service industry in Hohhot through research, statistics and research. It also puts forward the development strategy and strategy of "Hohhot Family Service Project for all people", formulates the detailed design and elaboration of the standardized and specialized running links of the industry, and designs a supervision system to supervise and manage the service project. Through theoretical research and analysis, the overall strategy can be applied to the actual situation and the future development, help to solve the problems of Hohhot and the family service industry, effectively improve the service quality and promote the development of the family service industry.
