【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城市化水平的提高,人們的收入水平也隨之提高,城鎮(zhèn)居民有了相應(yīng)的消費(fèi)支付能力,對生活質(zhì)量有了更高的要求,家政服務(wù)業(yè)正好滿足了人們的這一需求,因而得到了迅速發(fā)展,已成為當(dāng)今服務(wù)業(yè)中一個(gè)規(guī)模較大并極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ念I(lǐng)域。然而,雖然大多數(shù)家政服務(wù)公司能積極熱誠地為雇主提供服務(wù),盡力滿足他們的需求。但不可否認(rèn),現(xiàn)今我國家政服務(wù)業(yè)還存在不少問題。本文以新余市家政服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展為例,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、電話采訪、文獻(xiàn)資料研究法、問卷調(diào)查等形式,借助新余部分家政服務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展案例,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,總結(jié)分析了新余市家政服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及其在發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題,以探討中小城市家政服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)問題,并提出自己對解決這些問題的一些建議和措施,展示了家政服務(wù)行業(yè)在新余市未來的發(fā)展,以期為中小城市家政服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒。這不僅對于促進(jìn)新余市家政服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展、服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,還對于其它中小城市家政服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的參考借鑒意義。 本文由導(dǎo)論、我國家政服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題、新余市家政服務(wù)業(yè)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析、新余市家政服務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢及劣勢、新余市家政服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的發(fā)展路徑與策略和總結(jié)共六部分組成。本文首先闡述了我國家政府服務(wù)業(yè)的一些基本概況和家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的概念及意義,其次介紹了新余市家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的背景,接著介紹了當(dāng)前新余家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,包括人們思想觀念的落后,企業(yè)發(fā)展的困難,服務(wù)品牌的缺乏,然后剖析了新余家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的優(yōu)勢條件,主要從新余的現(xiàn)有教育資源優(yōu)勢、政府對家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重視程度等。最后闡明,新余家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,必須打破大中城市家政服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,利用城市現(xiàn)有民辦教育優(yōu)勢,加強(qiáng)政策扶持,用好引進(jìn)輸出兩條渠道,大力發(fā)展家政服務(wù)培訓(xùn),打造有自身特色的家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌,推進(jìn)新余家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of urbanization level, people's income level has also been raised, the urban residents have the corresponding consumption ability to pay, and have higher requirements for the quality of life. The domestic service industry has met the demand of people, and has been developed rapidly, which has become a large scale and has great potential for development in the service industry. However, while most domestic service companies actively and enthusiastically provide services to employers, they try to meet their needs. However, there are still many problems in China's domestic service industry. This paper takes the development of domestic service industry in Xinyu City as an example, through field investigation, telephone interview, literature research, questionnaire survey and other forms, with the help of some domestic service enterprise development cases in Xinyu, combined with the actual situation. This paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of domestic service industry in Xinyu city and the problems encountered in the process of development, in order to discuss the transformation and upgrading of domestic service industry development in small and medium-sized cities, and put forward some suggestions and measures to solve these problems. The future development of domestic service industry in Xinyu city is demonstrated in order to provide reference for the development of domestic service industry in small and medium-sized cities. This not only has important guiding significance for promoting the development of domestic service industry and serving local economy in Xinyu city, but also has certain reference significance for the development of domestic service industry in other small and medium-sized cities. This article from the introduction, our country domestic service industry present situation and the existence question, the Xinyu city housekeeping service industry management present situation investigation and the analysis, the Xinyu city housekeeping service enterprise development superiority and the inferiority, Xinyu domestic service industry transformation and upgrading of the development path and strategy and summary a total of six parts. This paper first describes the basic situation of our government service industry and the concept and significance of domestic service industry transformation and upgrading, and then introduces the background of Xinyu city domestic service industry transformation and upgrading. Then it introduces the problems existing in the development of Xinyu domestic service industry, including the backward ideas of people, the difficulties of enterprise development, the lack of service brand, and then analyzes the advantages of the transformation and upgrading of Xinyu domestic service industry. Mainly from Xinyu's existing educational resources advantage, the government's attention to the development of domestic service industry and so on. Finally, it is stated that the development of domestic service industry in Xinyu must break the development mode of domestic service industry in large and medium-sized cities, make use of the advantages of private education in cities, strengthen policy support, make good use of the two channels of import and export, and vigorously develop domestic service training. Build own characteristic domestic service industry brand, promote the long-term development of Xinyu domestic service industry.
