真愛集團(tuán)人力資源管理體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:近些年來,人力資源管理已經(jīng)越來越在企業(yè)管理中受到重視,人力資源管理已經(jīng)提升到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略層面,因此對企業(yè)人力資源管理體系的研究顯得非常重要,本文針對真愛集團(tuán)目前人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀以及管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,以期解決真愛集團(tuán)目前人力資源管理中存在的問題。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和實(shí)證分析法,結(jié)合真愛集團(tuán)進(jìn)行分析,針對公司目前人力資源管理中存在的問題,文章主要是從人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘體系、培訓(xùn)管理體系、績效管理體系、薪酬管理體系幾個方面建立完善的人力資源管理體系,并在最后提出了實(shí)施保障措施。 文章主要包括五個部分,第一部分緒論,介紹了研究的背景意義、研究內(nèi)容和主要觀點(diǎn)、研究思路和方法。其中,采用案例研究與理論運(yùn)用相結(jié)合的方法,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、觀察法、訪談法等多種調(diào)研法。同時(shí)參閱了真愛集團(tuán)歷年的人力資源管理資料,經(jīng)過收集、整理,分析公司的人力資源管理存在的問題;第二部分闡述了相關(guān)理論,對人力資源管理、人力資源管理的基本理論、理論發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述。第三部分結(jié)合真愛集團(tuán)現(xiàn)狀分析,分析存在的問題。第四部分針對第三章公司存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,從人力資源管理流程分別從人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘、培訓(xùn)、績效、薪酬幾個角度建立適合真愛集團(tuán)的方案。第五部分針對真愛集團(tuán)人力資源管理體系優(yōu)化方案建立保障,提出分別從企業(yè)文化、管理工具、完善職能、改善組織結(jié)構(gòu)四個方面進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the human resource management has been paid more and more attention in the enterprise management, the human resources management has been promoted to the enterprise strategic level, therefore the research to the enterprise human resources management system appears to be very important. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the human resource management of True Love Group in order to solve the problems existing in the current human resource management of True Love Group. This article uses the literature research method and the empirical analysis method, unifies the true love group to carry on the analysis, in view of the company present human resources management question, the article is mainly from the human resources planning, the recruitment system, the training management system, Performance management system and salary management system establish perfect human resources management system, and finally put forward the implementation of protection measures. This paper mainly includes five parts, the first part is introduction, which introduces the background significance, research content and main viewpoints, research ideas and methods. Among them, using the method of case study and theory application, using literature research method, observation method, interview method and other research methods. At the same time, referring to the past years of human resources management data of True Love Group, through collecting, sorting out, analyzing the problems existing in the human resources management of the company; the second part elaborated the related theory, human resources management, The basic theory and development trend of human resource management are reviewed. The third part combines true love group present situation analysis, analyzes the existence question. The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the third chapter, from the human resource management process from the human resources planning, recruitment, training, performance, compensation to establish a suitable scheme for true love group. In the fifth part, the author puts forward four aspects: corporate culture, management tools, perfecting functions and improving the organizational structure in view of the establishment and protection of the optimization scheme of the human resources management system of True Love Group.
