【摘要】：在環(huán)境、能源問題突出和信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的雙重推動下，，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)成為今后各地區(qū)發(fā)展的主旋律。而北京市在生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展上具有優(yōu)勢，更是率先提出發(fā)展現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)，二者的良性互動更能為彼此帶來推進作用，因此，研究北京地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的互動關(guān)系不僅是產(chǎn)業(yè)間關(guān)系研究新的切入點，也是區(qū)域發(fā)展的新命題；同時，對于北京的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的實踐意義。 本文首先從產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)和價值鏈理論的角度闡述了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)之間存在著密切的關(guān)系，為下文互動關(guān)系的分析奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。緊接著，分別介紹了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和外延，并重點介紹北京市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的發(fā)展概況，有助于了解本文分析對象的發(fā)展狀況。 在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文分別從產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)和價值鏈兩個視角下研究北京市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的互動關(guān)系。產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)視角下，以2002年和2007年北京投入產(chǎn)出表作為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，通過運用投入產(chǎn)出分析法，構(gòu)建服務(wù)需求率和服務(wù)投入率指標，研究北京生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的服務(wù)投入和服務(wù)需求情況。鑒于投入產(chǎn)出法無法驗證二者對彼此是否具有促進作用以及作用大小。因此，為補充上述研究，從價值鏈視角下，運用價值鏈理論定性分析北京市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)對彼此均有促進作用，在此基礎(chǔ)上，借助灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法，以2005年至2011年統(tǒng)計年鑒相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)作為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，具體比較價值鏈各環(huán)節(jié)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)對彼此作用程度大小。 在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)北京市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)互動過程中的良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢和存在的問題，對此進行總體評價，并對存在的問題提出進一步的改進思路。
[Abstract]:With the dual promotion of environment, energy problems and the rapid development of information technology, producer services and modern manufacturing industry will become the main theme of regional development in the future. Beijing has an advantage in the development of producer services, and it is the first to propose the development of modern manufacturing. The benign interaction between the two can bring about the promotion of each other, so, The study of the interactive relationship between producer services and modern manufacturing industry in Beijing is not only a new breakthrough point in the study of inter-industry relations, but also a new proposition for regional development. At the same time, it is of vital practical significance to the economic development of Beijing. This paper first expounds the close relationship between producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry from the angle of industrial correlation and value chain theory, which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the following interactive relations. Then, the connotation and extension of producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry are introduced respectively, and the general situation of Beijing producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry is emphasized, which is helpful to understand the development of the object of this paper. On this basis, this paper studies the interaction between Beijing producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry from the perspective of industry association and value chain. From the perspective of industry association, this paper takes the Beijing input-output table in 2002 and 2007 as the basic data and constructs the index of service demand rate and service input rate by using the input-output analysis method. This paper studies the service input and service demand of Beijing producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry. In view of the input-output method can not verify whether the two can promote each other and the size of the role. Therefore, in order to supplement the above research, from the perspective of value chain, using the value chain theory qualitative analysis of Beijing producer services and modern manufacturing industry to promote each other, on the basis of this, with the help of grey correlation analysis method, Based on the relevant data of statistical yearbooks from 2005 to 2011, this paper compares the degree of interaction between producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry in each link of value chain. On the basis of the previous research, this paper summarizes the good development situation and existing problems in the interactive process of producer service industry and modern manufacturing industry in Beijing, makes a general evaluation of this situation, and puts forward further improvement ideas to the existing problems.
