【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代科技整合快速發(fā)展的形勢(shì)下,智慧養(yǎng)老模式的探索可以彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老模式的不足。引入先進(jìn)的PFI模式提供智慧養(yǎng)老服務(wù)可以滿足智慧養(yǎng)老項(xiàng)目對(duì)于資金及運(yùn)營模式的要求,但由于PFI模式的開放性、多元化以及智慧養(yǎng)老項(xiàng)目的投資大、資金回收周期長等特點(diǎn),該項(xiàng)目面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。本文從企業(yè)管理的角度,以項(xiàng)目全壽命周期為階段劃分,識(shí)別智慧養(yǎng)老項(xiàng)目PFI風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,通過建立貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型,運(yùn)用先驗(yàn)概率和后驗(yàn)概率,甄別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的主要因素是智慧養(yǎng)老項(xiàng)目PFI模式運(yùn)營成功的關(guān)鍵,根據(jù)主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Under the situation of rapid development of modern science and technology integration, the exploration of intelligent pension model can make up for the deficiency of traditional pension model. The introduction of advanced PFI model to provide intelligent pension services can meet the requirements of intelligent pension projects for capital and operation mode. However, due to the openness of PFI mode, diversification and the large investment of intelligent pension projects, the recovery period of funds is long, and so on. The project faces higher risks. From the point of view of enterprise management, this paper divides the whole life cycle of the project into stages, identifies the PFI risk factors of the intelligent pension project, establishes the Bayesian network risk analysis model, and applies the prior probability and the posteriori probability. The main factors of screening risk management are the key to the successful operation of the intelligent pension project PFI mode, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the main risk factors.
