澳香得野生海參樓員工激勵體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在餐飲行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的今天,很多發(fā)展中的中小型餐飲企業(yè)都和澳香得野生海參樓一樣面臨的同樣的問題。員工的激勵效果不明顯,工作積極性沒有完全發(fā)揮出來,導(dǎo)致勞動效率下降,成本升高。所以,針對中小餐飲企業(yè)的實際情況,研究并制定一套有效的員工激勵方案對中小餐飲企業(yè)的長期發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文主要通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,對澳香得野生海參樓員工激勵體系進(jìn)行以下幾個方面的分析:薪酬激勵、績效激勵、培訓(xùn)激勵、晉升激勵、其他激勵。分析現(xiàn)有體系的激勵程度,以及存在的問題以及問題產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行分析,找到合理的解決方案,為澳香得野生海參樓設(shè)計新的激勵體系,以及相配套的保障條件。 本文的主要特點有: ①通過問卷調(diào)查,獲得了寶貴的數(shù)據(jù),并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果,全面分析了澳香得酒樓激勵體系存在的問題和原因。 ②本文采用了有效的分析方法,通過問卷調(diào)查、特別訪談、統(tǒng)計分析、綜合評價等方法,按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,為澳香得酒樓的激勵體系制定了優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of catering industry, many small and medium-sized catering enterprises are faced with the same problems as the wild sea cucumber buildings. The employee's incentive effect is not obvious, the work enthusiasm has not been brought into full play, which leads to the decrease of labor efficiency and the increase of cost. Therefore, according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized catering enterprises, it is very important to study and formulate an effective employee incentive plan for the long-term development of small and medium-sized catering enterprises. In this paper, through the way of questionnaire, the paper analyzes the staff incentive system of Aoxiangde wild sea cucumber building in the following aspects: salary incentive, performance incentive, training incentive, promotion incentive, and other incentives. Based on the analysis of the incentive degree of the existing system, the existing problems and the causes of the problems, a reasonable solution is found to design a new incentive system for the wild sea cucumber building in Aoxiangde, and the corresponding guarantee conditions. The main features of this paper are as follows: 1 the valuable data are obtained through the questionnaire survey, and according to the statistical results of the data, This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the incentive system of Aoxiangde Restaurant in an all-round way. 2 this article adopts effective analysis methods, through questionnaire survey, special interview, statistical analysis, comprehensive evaluation and other methods, according to put forward the question, Analyze the problem and solve the problem, and make the optimized scheme for the incentive system of Aoxiangde restaurant.
