【摘要】：當(dāng)前,產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展面臨著新的形勢(shì),即產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)在由"傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)"向"知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)"過渡、"網(wǎng)絡(luò)本地化"向"全球價(jià)值鏈"過渡、"漸進(jìn)式創(chuàng)新"向"突破式創(chuàng)新"過渡的進(jìn)程中,在"粘性生產(chǎn)方式"下,未來產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的主要特征就是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚和發(fā)展。為此,對(duì)我國(guó)各類開發(fā)區(qū)而言,今后應(yīng)將主要著眼點(diǎn)放在如何加快集聚各種生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素上,通過生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of industrial district is facing a new situation, that is, in the process of transition from "traditional industry" to "knowledge economy", "network localization" to "global value chain", and "gradual innovation" to "breakthrough innovation", the industrial district is in the process of transition from "traditional industry" to "knowledge economy", "network localization" to "global value chain". The agglomeration and development of producer services is the main feature of future industrial zones under "viscous production mode". Therefore, for all kinds of development zones in China, the main focus should be on how to speed up the concentration of various productive services production factors, and realize the promotion of regional competitiveness through the development of producer services.
